Within the Learnpress plug-in (included in the Ivy School Wordpress theme or IvyPrep), within the Orders section, my client manages to let the users access to their purchases (orders), but the generated invoice is not visible to them and they cannot access or download such invoice. Is there a way to enable users to access and download the invoice?

Hi there, I’m admin for a client that bought this theme and tried to create coaching platform. But I’m the third admin who should try to improve the site functionality, to fix certain content and functionality issues, such as creating profile for trainers, activating membership and so on…However I’m facing this issue which I believe is crucial for creation of the profiles of trainers/users. The PMPro license is invalid or expired. It reports “key not found”. What can be the problem?

We only use the free version of PMPro plugin so it doesn’t required the key. Can you say more clearly about the issue you had.
It seems it’s ok, I got lost little bit trying to figure out how to build profiles for instructors as you have them on your demo and how members create their profile. I’m studying site documentation to understand better
