Hi, I’m very interested by your beautiful theme. Do you think that there is an update that will come soon ? Does it need a lots of plugins that will requires also updates that could shut down the site ? Last question : Can portrait format images fit in any type of slider or gallery or so ? or does it works properly only on the Portfolio Caroussel and eventually Masonry portfolio ? Kind regards

We are constantly working on updating all our themes. At the moment we don’t have any ETA when this update will come out. All the necessary plugins are listed on our theme’s page. Yes, you can add portrait format images in any element, but some elements may cut off part of the image so they will fit in the layout.

Hi there. I can’t see the ION theme in your support forum. Thus posting here. I struggle to change any menu formatting, despite setting all to white it doesn’t change the active state of links. Please note that due to safety measures related to COVID-19 the updating of our themes is a bit delayed but please note that we are working really hard on this and that we are constantly working on updating all our themes, however, we can say that the theme is compatible with the latest version of WordPress as well as it is compatible with the latest WooCommerce as well. You will get this message though but it will not affect the performance of the theme as well as it will be added in the theme’s changelog once the update is out. At the moment we don’t have any ETA when this update will come out. You will for sure be notified when the theme update is out.
When it comes to Elementor, the theme comes with WPBakery plugin which is more than enough to achieve anything you do see on our demo website and it is not compatible with Elementor for now. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

I purchased the theme but was not able to change overall blue color to red, my client’s corporate color. Elated option allowed “First Main Color Choose the most dominant theme color. Default color is #00bbb3” but it only changes some areas. How can I do this?

Please try to change the Elated Options > General > First main color, also note that some elements do have their settings for color, as well as the Menu items you can change within Elated Options > Menus.

Impossible to change overall blue color

Hello, I am trying to solve an issue i have with product “update” button. Sometimes becomes unresponsive.
I noticed the theme states that is not combatible with woocommerce version 4.0 so I downgraded to the version 3.6.5
I disabled all my plugins except woocommerce, I switched to ion parent theme (I am having a child theme) and went to check how the button behaves.

for example, when you click on the breadcrumb: “neubau/Wohnhäuser Göritz” on “neubau”, it shows a complete messed up page, it actually should link back to this site: https://www.steinkogleraigner.at/projekte/ with the category “neubau” selected

Also as for the neubau portfolio it leads to that category which is default WP behavior. The problem is that WP can’t determine if a portfolio category is part of a “portfolio” page and there’s no easy way to determine which portfolio page is the “right” page when one category is assigned to several portfolio pages.

Hello, Since I bought the theme I’ve had problems unfortunately, so now I decided to delete and reinstall wordpress and upload the theme again (so I was sure that I would not have problems with plugin conflicts) but, also now, the theme doesn’t work very well, I can’t see some pages and for a lot of them when I click on the link it leads to the 404 error page. Can you help me please? How can I do to solve the problems?

I have some inconsistencies of layout after theme update. I noticed that style file: /wp-content/themes/ion/assets/css/style_dynamic.css is not loaded now.
Did you move the code to somewhere else? Or did you made any major change on how css files are loaded in general?

For anyone interested I found the solution. I had to re-save the options found in “Elated Options” option in the left side dashboard menu. After re-saving it seems the file that was missing, generated.

I bought your theme one month ago more or less and I loved it, but from the beginning I had a lot of problems with the pages, often when I visualized them I could not see anything, now I’m using the pages that I can visualize, but there is one of the things, I can’t absolutely modify the menu, every time I try to go inside the menu, it appears the error page (Errore 500, Internal Several Error). I am trying to solve this notice now. I was hoping it would be solved after the theme update released and updating woocommerce plugin.
This notice is generated in my shop page. I also see it when I use a custom woocommerce shortocode to showcase 6 products with ids in my home page.
Eg.
<?php echo do_shortcode(‘[products limit=”6” columns=”6” visibility=”visible” orderby=”menu_order” ids=”’.$featured_products_ids.’”]’); ?>
I dont get what is the cause of this is as the shortcode is created after reading the woocommerce shortocode documents. Once I remove it the notice is gone.

we use the rev slider that came with the template. I have an admin and a shop owner (editor) account for the website. Strangely recently the editor account cant make a change and save the slider ( it presented an ajax error on saving ) but myself logged in as an admin I can make changes and save the slider without any error.

Please note that this won’t be dependent on the theme, it will be dependent on the user privileges you setup for some user.
Generally, only user with admin privileges has ability to modify some existing slider or create a new one.
But it may be best you contact Slider Revolution plugin author over plugin author dashboard for that.

Well, this is because Google Page Insights are looking at the plain HTML and CSS, while WordPress themes have their own way of compiling content through minified scripts, animations and uncovering content on scroll. Perhaps this is why our demo has a low rate. On top of that, we showcase a lot of high quality images for all screens, so once you install Ion you should work on optimizing your own images.

Hi , I’ve updated the theme and I have the following fatal error:

I tried to disable the line 31 and it’s working. But the portfolio page galleries do not work anymore.
