Hi!
This template is amazing! But I can’t find where I have to change the main logo in the header/menu? Any help here? Thanks!
Hello and thank you for purchasing our theme. We appreciate your kind words.
It’s pretty straightforward; just login to Dashboard and go to Theme Options > Header > Main Section // Logo.
For better results, we recommend taking some time to review all Theme Options as they are numerous. Also, get to to know Page Options (below the main editor in each page/post) which allow per-page customization. Last but not least, if you are not familiar with WPBakery Page Builder we recommend reviewing the available elements. Then, you will be able to achieve virtually any configuration.
Hi,
We are having a problem at our site where when you click on our staff profiles, the pop up where the bio should be does’t show and the page looks broken up. This only started happening over the last week or so. I have updated PHP versions recently from 5.6 to 7.0. Could this be the issue?
Thanks, Michael
I’ve tried switching back to PHP 5.6, still no fix… Deleted all unwanted plugins, updated all the others except WPBakery Page Builder because it says there’s a problem with the update.
Hi It’s to do with the profile pages. I can’t even view them individually from the edit screen. It just takes me to the home page.
Hello and welcome back.
WPBakery Page Builder will update with the theme, there is no use trying updating it manually. If you don’t have updated the theme to the latest version, please do. Please, remember to keep a backup of the site when performing major updates. Additionally, you may need to deactivate any caching plugins, if you have anyone installed. We really can’t propose anything more right now since we can’t access the site. For better results, please contact us via https://plethorathemes.zendesk.com/

Hello and thank you for using our theme. We need more information to provide you with a valid response. We tried to reproduce the issue on a testing installation with the latest version of Healthflex but it wasn’t possible. Upgrading the version of PHP probably won’t help; it might only make the pages load faster. We recommend troubleshooting the guide. Please, follow our guide https://plethorathemes.com/kb/troubleshoot-your-website/?kb_product=healthflex-wp as it provides a way to locate and resolve the most common issues. If the problem persists, contact us via our support desk, providing as much information as possible (the site URL, the browser’s version, etc) and we’ll check it. You may need to renew your license though. https://plethorathemes.zendesk.com/
Hi there,
I need to update my version of PHP to install Woocommerce however I am struggling to complete the process.
We are currently running PHP 5.6 and when I change it to the next version up, which is, 7.0, the site breaks. When I change back to 5.6 all is well again.
Is there documentation to guide people through this PHP update?
Any help would be much appreciated.
- Mike
Hello and thank you for using our theme.
We recommend updating our theme to the latest version. Then, update to PHP version 7.0 or higher and it will work as expected. If it doesn’t you may need to troubleshoot it. For this case, please take some time to review our guide https://plethorathemes.com/kb/troubleshoot-your-website/?kb_product=healthflex-wp
Note that, different PHP versions have different modules. You may need to activate some additional modules after updating to the latest version. If you are not sure, please contact the hosting provider and request for assistance.
If the issue persists contact us via our support and we’ll investigate further. You may need to renew your license though. https://plethorathemes.zendesk.com/
Hi. What PHP values are necessary to be able to install the demo content? I mean max_execution_time, memory_limit, upload_max_filesize, etc.
Hello and thank you for your interest in our theme.
Healthflex comes bundled with WPBakery Page Builder which is a medium weight plugin. If you are planning to add more plugins you may need more resources (RAM).
The minimum requirements are 64M (although is highly recommended you go for 128MB or better 256MB). Most hosting providers nowadays will provide you no less than 128MB. That’s for memory limit.
Regarding maximum execution time, it will work with the default value (which is usually 30 seconds) but won’t hurt if you rise that to 60 seconds.
Regarding the maximum file size, we recommend setting that at least to 32MB in order to allow WordPress to upload the theme .zip file (which is about 20MB)
Thank you. I have these values … I understand that I should be able to install the demo content without problems. Is that so? max_execution_time: 60 max_input_time: 60 max_input_vars: 1000 memory_limit: 128M post_max-size: 90M upload_max_filesize: 80M
Hello and welcome back.
Yes, it looks pretty fine. With this configuration, you can add the theme and import any of our demos. However, if you are planning to add more plugins (especially resource-hungry ones) we recommend upgrading the memory limit. You only need to change a line on php.ini. If you don’t have access to that line, you can ask the hosting provider to do that for you; usually, they won’t charge a cent for that.
Thank you. One more: Is it possible to show images on the home page that have links to the different categories of products in the shop? Clicking on the image of the home would show the products in that category filtered.
Hello and welcome back.
Yes, it is. With WPBakery Page Builder (or even with Gutenberg) it is possible to achieve virtually any configuration. As long as you add and activate WooCommerce on the site, you will be able to use links to specific shop pages like the ones you describe.
There is an error when i clicked arabic translate button. My logo is above on menu items. firstly: https://ibb.co/s3M73Bq Secondly when clicked: https://ibb.co/jr8TkfZ
Hello and thank you for using our theme.
Healthflex is not compatible with RTL languages out-of-the-box. However, we have a workaround ready which covers most of the cases. Please, take a few moments to review our KB article https://plethorathemes.com/kb/comply-with-rtl-languages/?kb_product=healthflex-wp
Will i see an error when i turn back to English language? I think these codes are general codes and will effect all theme settings. I am using WpGlobus translate plugin only.
The solution is provided as-is. It will work with RTL languages, however, you may need to add more code if you need to have multilingual support on the site. Moreover, we haven’t tested and we do not officially support WPGlobus. Instead, we recommend WPML. In any case, the particular implementation (both RTL and LTR languages in a site) is always complicated (due to compatibility issues) and you will probably need to utilize more custom CSS to make it work with any theme.
I am having an issue with the Top Bar on mobile. I have set the Top Bar Layout in the Top Bar Options to be just 1 column and to have all content centered. This is working fine on the desktop version but on mobile the top bar appears to be split into 2 columns, is there some code I can add to make sure that the top bar is just one column for mobile as well? Thanks!
Hello and thank you for using our theme.
You should be able to achieve that with custom CSS; currently we don’t have a solution available. For more information, please contact us via our support desk https://plethorathemes.zendesk.com/
Can you please provide the css code to adjust the plethora slider height? or any other way to do so…
Hello and thank you for purchasing our theme.
Please, take a few moments to review our KB article that provides all the information you need to adjust the slider height according to your needs https://plethorathemes.com/kb/change-the-height-of-the-slider-on-home-page/?kb_product=healthflex-wp
When I ftp the updated theme to the root directory, it still shows v. 1.6.3
Yes, you are right.
We apologize for this, please try to download it again. You don’t have to ftp the complete installation, just the style.css file located in the theme’s root folder.
Thank you for reporting this and we apologize for the inconvenience.
Thanks for the quick reply and fix. Ok, I can sleep at night now. LOL
You are welcome vegasphotog!
A client of mine has this theme for their site, nice work there. Out of curiosity, would like to know what program you used to design the documentation?
Hello and thank you for your interest in our work.
The documentation of Healthflex is custom made, based on a version of Twitter Bootstrap (a combination of HTML, CSS, and JS). In particular, we used the framework and added search functionality to host the documentation text.
Hi, I configured a new post_type, and I wondering if I can use your vc component as well in this new post_type.
Right now, in my new post_type, I have the the normal settings in the visual composer widgets. How can use the same as in pages?
Hello and thank you for your interest in our theme.
Any regular post type can use the Page Builder. As long as you have added the post type as recommended, it will appear in the role manager. To review the post types available to the Page Builder, go to Dashboard > WPBakery Page Builder > Role Manager tab. Then, from the drop-down list next to Post types select Custom. Immediately, all the available post types will appear under the description. Make sure you fill the box next to the post types you need to have the Page Builder available and then click on Save changes. At this moment, if you edit a post of the type you’ve added, you will be able to use the Page Builder.
Tks for your answer. I already did that, that’s why I notice the row settings in my custom is different than in page post type. Why I need all the same? Well, If I try to configure the rows full width, in Pages they works, but in my custom post type doesn’t. The window settings are different, in Pages has your custom_vc css, but in custom open the default settings of vc
Hello and welcome back.
This is normal. We have included styles only for the default and the existing post types (those included with the theme). It wasn’t possible to prepare styling for unknown post types. If you need to make it comply with the rest of the design, inevitably, you will need to add custom CSS.
Oh, maybe I didn’t myself clear, I’m talking about back-office and not front-office. Check the difference between row settings window in this image: imgur.com/QqwqGjM
Hello and welcome back.
We need more information to provide you with a valid response. In particular, we need to know the way you’ve added the CPT and any other modifications you may have applied to the site.
Hello, is it possible to change the heading tag on the separator with text widget? It’s currently automatically set to a H4 which isn’t ideal
Hello and thank you for using our theme.
This feature is not provided out of the box and currently, we don’t have a solution ready to offer. You may be able to achieve that by modifying the theme’s files. However, we don’t recommend that; we have carefully planned the headings distribution on the page for optimal search by the engines and visual compliance with the rest of the design. Of course, it’s always your decision.
Hello, ok thanks I will look into an alternative solution. It’s a good feature that we have used a lot on our site but it’s not good from an SEO point of view to not be able to control what the heading tag is for it.
How can i add WPML LANGUAGE SWitcher? Or, i would add multilanage button to every page.
There is a big space between header and menu items. How can i delete this space and blanks?
The latest question
How can i remove map from contact page?
they are very important for me. thanks.
Hello and thank you for using our theme.
Assuming you have added and activated WPML. To add a language switcher to the menu, log in to Dashboard and go to WPML > Languages and locate the Menu Language Switcher section. In the section you can select the type and the position of the switcher.
Regarding the “big space” we need more information to provide you with a valid response. For better results, contact us via our support desk.
To remove the map from the contact page, edit the page and navigate to Page Options (under the main editor area). Next, go to the Media Panel tab and locate the Background Section. In the section select another Background Type (you may need to define the content). Then, Update the page to let the effect apply.
hi, want to purchase this theme for a client. can one place logo in the center, where menu is split on either side of logo ? Also is wpbakery editable from the frontend ‘(not backend)
Hello and thank you for your interest in our theme.
Currently, Healthflex supports only a certain menu layout, the one you can see on our demo. We are keeping a note on your request and we may consider adding this feature in one of the following versions.
Regarding the frontend editor, we have it deactivated due to compatibility reasons. Moreover, we find it far more convenient and accurate to work with the backend editor as it provides greater control over the produced design.
Hi, pre sales question. Can we left justify the Main Menu to go under the logo? Ive payed around in the demo but its not obvious to me. thanks

Hello How can I update a client’s theme if the template was purchased by another agency? the API Personal Token in the Envato Market plugin is Ok, but of course, my login does not correspond to that token and can´t update the theme. Would it be an option to use Single Item Tokens (Advanced)?
Hello and thank you for your interest in our theme. As long as you have a valid item ID (within the support period) you can use the Single Item Token. This option requires you have purchased the theme. To obtain the item ID you need to go to the Themeforest or Codecanyon item page and copy the number at the end of the URL. These guys have a great tutorial on the subject https://www.wpexplorer.com/envato-market-plugin-guide/
it’s fully support RTL Arabic Language ?
Hello and thank you for your interest in our theme.
The theme does not support RTL languages out of the box. However, we have prepared a number of CSS rules you can use to make it comply. Please, check the following article as it provides a way to resolve the most common RTL issues. https://plethorathemes.com/kb/comply-with-rtl-languages/?kb_product=healthflex-wp
The rules help adapt most of the theme elements to an RTL language. Depending on the project, you may need to add a few more to make it look as expected.
there is no demo for testing to see the result ?
Hello and welcome back.
You can visit the admin demo here http://demo.plethorathemes.com/healthflex-admin/ but for security reasons we have deactivated administrator access. If you need us to showcase some websites already using our theme in RTL mode, please contact us via email or via our support desk https://plethorathemes.zendesk.com/
Thank You

Hi , does your theme support rtl ?
Hello and thank you for your interest in our theme.
Healthflex is not RTL compatible out-of-the-box. However, we have reports from customers having succesfully used the theme with RTL languages. Additionally, we have a workaround available for anyone who chooses to deploy on an RTL website with our theme. For more information please, take a few moments to review our article language support https://plethorathemes.com/kb/comply-with-rtl-languages/?kb_product=healthflex-wp
is there any updates with adding search bar and navigation bar ???
Hello and thank you for purchasing our theme.
All the features of Healthflex are displayed on the online demos. Please, take a few moments to review them here: http://preview.themeforest.net/item/healthflex-medical-health-wordpress-theme/full_screen_preview/13115123
Currently, a search box on the Top Bar is not included out-of-the-box but there is a simple workaround available if you need to add one; for more information, please contact us via our support desk https://plethorathemes.zendesk.com
You can also add links on the top bar, and create simple navigation (no support for child items, though).
To review the Top Bar settings and add or remove elements, please go to Dashboard > Theme Options > Header > Top Bar.
