Hi. This is a very flexible theme. I’m considering to purchase. I just some questions:
1. I would love to create one site with multiple features. Will I be able to implement features from all the different demos? For example, will I be able to have the job board features if I installed the city portal demo? Will I be able to keep the various different types of layouts for each type of listings: Jobs, ads, company directory profile, etc?
2. is the job plugin used, WP Job Manager?
3. If an employer creates an account to post jobs, is it possible to have those jobs listed under a tab if that employer decides to also create a company listing as seen in the city portal demo?
4. If I installed the Jobs demo, will I be able to have a front page section as used in the Classifieds demo, where you have the various categories and subcategory links?
5. Would the users have to create multiple accounts if they choose to post different listing types? Is all the dashboard different?
Hi mate, thanks for purchase. Yes, you can combine different demos, but you have to understand that you have to use Details listing view for all page via theme settings.

3. I’m not sure what you meant, but you can create different output listing blocks and for the first block you choose to output listings from Jobs, for the second from Hotels.

If someone buys any product, you get fixed rate or % from sale. I have few pre-sales questions..it would be great if you can reply for the following points to me at the earliest. Though my site is based on property but I am interested in Travel template..so my concerns are from that template for your reference. 1. I don’t want Buy/Sell/Rent 3 options it will be only 1 – Is is possible?
2. a) At the Homepage – Can it be a video banner instead of a image banner? b) On the banner there are 3 Filters -> I want all 3 will be a drop down fields of filters or at least 2. Example : Location (1 field), Date (Calender or drop down field options, 2nd Field), Categories (3rd field) – From the 2nd field user can set the property duration. Like from 1month – 3months, 3months – 6months etc. So, is is possible to modify/add/delete filters? c) In “Most Listed places” section – Can we put our location names. So, that when a user clicks London than on the next page he can visit the property in (as a product) London.
3. Is Google API is chargeable? Or it’s come with your theme? After selecting a product – How can we book that? Through a contact form is the only option? Because, I want when a user book a property- he can also shop for addons also…which are there in the shop option. Is possible to create it?
4. How does this checkout page works? As I just book some things from the shop and went to checkout page than following error came – “Sorry, it seems that there are no available payment methods for your state. Please contact us if you require assistance or wish to make alternate arrangements.” So, is there any limitation? If yes, than from where we can set or remove that?
5. Is there any Chat Box in your theme? If possible can I see the dashboard wherein I have to edit the theme please (Screenshot also will work) – As I bought a theme earlier from envato only but the customization of the theme was very complex ..even the programmer also stuck at some point and the author also did not response

Hi mate, we developed theme using WP Bakery Page Builder, not Elementor. It’s easy to use also.

2.1b. You have predefined filters. if you want to change them, you have edit them via child theme. We don’t provide customization, For that service you can use Envato Studio
2.3. For sure you can make banners and make direct links to categories filters
3. Google maps is free is you have no more than 100 000 requests per month. You have to link back card, but it’s needed for verification.
For Booking you need extra Booking woocommerce plugin and Dokan plugin. Using Dokan, you create a WooCommerce Booking product. When someone Books a room, Dokan plugin gets you % or fixed rate per each Booking or Sale
4. It’s demo and I didn’t adjust Shipping. It’s WooCommerce and you can apply Payment and shipping different methods
5. Do you need chat box between Customer and Listings owner? You can use Private messages or Contact Form.
You have to understand that it’s very complex project and we have tons of option, but usually each customer has to customize theme for own needs and it takes time and extra investments.

Hi mate. You can create packages for listings and customer can post for free or paid listings. Also you can add adsense blocks. I don’t understand about jobs and employment . What do you mean?

Demo 5 is more suitable for Sell and add some Ads like craigslist. Nevertheless you can also use demo 5, but add Apply for a job button and Resume manager. If you need help with demo install, I can help you for free. For sure you have to read our documentation before using + Job manager documentation. If you install our demo data, you will get copy of our demo. I think it’s not difficult for work
