Thinking about buying it but I have some questions/doubts before deciding:
1) If buying, are you providing (or could provide) the Child theme?
2) Are “Classic” and “Modern” demos available as one-click imports?
3) Are the main colors customizable? I mean, red color if installing the Classic version, or blue color if installing the Modern demo.
4) Any restrictions wrt maximum file sizes that users could upload?
5) What kind of image files could be uploaded by a user? .jpg? .png? others?
6) What kind of video files could be uploaded by a user? .mp4? .mov? others?
7) What kind of audio files could be uploaded by a user? .mp3? .wav? others?
8.) In “Modern” demo, the menu option “Users” seems not to work properly (broken item). Could you please confirm if that option/functionality would work properly if buying the theme and importing the “Modern” demo?
9) Could the users be grouped by categories? (in any of the versions, “Classic” or “Modern”).
10) Is there any option/feature to choose if listing content based on date, number of likes, or number of views? (e.g. ascending order, so the most recent, liked, or viewed in the top of the list).
11) Modern demo – When viewing the detail of any item, items shown in the section “More from this author” show “Likes”, “Shares” and “Views”. Could any of these fields be removed, as the three of them can not fit in only one line?
12) Is it true that you are thinking about stopping updates and support for this theme in the coming weeks/months?

One more question: if uploading an audio file, is it possible to listen the audio just by clicking on the thumbnail included in the homepage, or would be needed to click on that audio item and play the audio once the user is inside the page describing that item?
I have seen that video items could be played directly just by clicking in the thumbnail, but no audio post (at least in the Modern demo) seems to be “playable” directly in the thumbnail…

The beforementioned texts (en-EN) seem not to be included in the main .po file, so not sure where to look for them.

We have already sent you the child theme, the best way is to use local translate plugin and sync the files. There are few string settings available in Appearance > Theme Options > Uploader settings.

Wrt the translation stuff, I have installed Loco translate plugin and find most of strings, but I can not find the string “Submit Content” (this is the string used as caption in the button ncluded in the top right of the header classic – Modern demo). Could you please let me know where to find that string? It is not in the .po file nor the string settings available in Apperance > Theme Options > Uploader settings.

The theme is just full of BUGS! The one-click demo import doesn’t work, and I even couldn’t insert a header image nor change the the color!
Worse still, I couldn’t login to the support center to file a ticket…

1. There are multiple places you can use for the ads display, you want to display custom ads or Google adsense?
2. Yes, there are few options in theme options and you can also create a child theme and edit the CSS code.
3. Yes, probably a little more than 100 years .
I’m struggling to find a way to change the colours of this theme, i’m using the blue variant of the theme, any of the colour values I change within Theme Options of wp-admin are completely ignored. For example, I just want to change that blue (header and footer background-color) to another color.
Additionally, it’s not clear how to add the large full width masthead image and content you have on the demo site. (a picture of the glass pyramid at the louvre)

If I could get a response on that thread, it would be appreciated. It appears half the colour settings in the Theme Options section on aren’t applied, which isn’t great. I’m aware I could start overwriting all these at the template level, but I shouldn’t have to do that just to change some background colours.

Getting errors on install and tried MULTIPLE times. Mainly images not coming across and the top larger image / slider is not even there – Trying to import the Blue one and also tried the other. HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!

Support has not answered and the install they did is exactly the same issues I had – NO Top Larger image/slider ( my install they did does not look like the demo ) and also if a video is uploaded and approved it does NOT PLAY! ) and yes the server will support this. No response – Only thing fixed other than what I HAD issues with is the top larger image/slider. BUT NO VIDEOS PLAY that were test uploaded and NO AUDIO files play that are uploaded. ONLY thing that works is if an image is uploaded. I also noted on your demo site NO Video playback works either – yet in the backend at least on my site the video does play – this IS a BIG thing to us and we need both audio and video uploads to work, and not just links out to YouTube type vids etc. PLEASE HELP with this as I am behind on this project now!!!!!
