If you are willing to use this feature, you should install the plugin along with 2 extra plugins: BuddyDrive (allows you to add file sharing feature) and UserPress (allows you to add extra fields to standard WordPress users). BuddyPress Plugin allows you to create a directory of your employees, add personel search form with various criterias, exchange personal messages, run small social network of your company.

When creating a post, I’m not able to see any options for the use of Viusal Editor (plugin) to design layouts for posts, seems to be gone entirely.
