Tried to install the version for Drupal 7. And got the error PDOException: SQLSTATEHY000 Access denied for user ‘root’@’localhost’ (using password: YES) in lock_may_be_available() (line 167 of C:\xampp\htdocs\balibor\includes\lock.inc).

As you can see from the Drupal 7 message – drupal can’t connect to database (this configured on the settings.php). I suggest you to focus on the Drupal 8 version and didn’t install another versions.

I did not do a mistake. I followed the installation instructions provided with the theme. And was unable to install nor Drupal 8 version neither Drupal 7. Return me my money! I am not going to use your theme!!!

(1) Please kindly advise if Jango template supports Drupal Commerce 8.x-2.17 and if not, which version is provided for fresh install at the moment. (2) When should we expect Drupal 8.8.3 support? 8.7.8 which is listed as supported requires an urgent update due to number of security vulnerabilities and bugs.I would not like to spend money on purchasing product which is not actively maintained. My question is about the md_slider module, listed as an optional module but which is included in your package. This appears to be a commercial module by megadrupal (https://megadrupal.com/project/mega-slider). Could you let me know whether purchasing your theme also includes a commercial license for this module?

Hi, I want to migrate my existing site based on Jango Drupal 7 (with many changes) to Drupal 8, but I can´t make visual shordcodes to work in clean Drupal 8 install. I do steps in manual (all modules, libraries and so on) but VS don´t want to work for example node/add/page – system don´t show even “enable vs” button… It works only in field settings (/admin/structure/types/manage/page/fields/node.page.body). I cant make new ticket – my support is expired. Can you help me so far?

I am using Siteground to host your theme, they have informed me that with your latest version of Jango installed they cannot upgrade drupal core to version 8.8.1, this means that currently your theme is not usable for Drupal.
I love the theme, and it would be a real shame if you let it lapse, I would buy further support from you, but I need to know that it will be supported for drupal 8.8.1 and then on to Drupal 9.
COULD YOU PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF YOU INTEND RELEASING A VERSION WHICH SUPPORTS 8.8.1 – otherwise I will have to look at using another theme – Please respond to this as I’m sure there a lot of your users in the same boat

Having issues with installing based on the full D8 install with the demo content. Installed with the recommended alternate SQL on my localhost. Nothing seems to be working. I can’t see my home page to start working. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Also, I’ve submitted a ticket in the forum but haven’t received any reply. Thank you.
Does collapsing header (minimize header and stick to top of page when scrolling down) work in D8 version? I do not see settings for this in D7 or D8 demo install plus your live D8 preview does not show it.
Hi, we got this theme but having issue in installation or even using the same demo package provided. Tried to run the composer to check the issues and getting below error message.

I am running xampp with PHP 7 version; could this be because of higher version of PHP being used. Let me try anyways on lower version of PHP maybe on 5.6.x.
