This Theme seems to be too buggy. Not able to instal. And there do not seems to be any documentation also. Have installed so many Drupal themes till now but this seems to be too much to handle.
Have been trying to reach support for 3 days but no response.

Visual Shortcode does not work in drupal 10.3 and I urgently need an update but they do not respond
There is bugginess in importing the database, not exactly as instructed in the documentation. Documentation should provide instructions for people not using the /web/ setup, e.g. /public_html. There is an error when importing the database despite following the database collation type.
Error below using D10 installer and database: #1273 – Unknown collation: ‘utf8mb4_0900_ai_ci’

Sorry for this, I just uploaded a new version of the theme with a fixed database problem and updated documentation with a section on how to avoid /web folder.

As a newbie migrating from WordPress to Drupal, I had a lot of queries and support need.
The NikaDevs team has been extremely professional and responsive in not only answering my queries, but also fixing minor bugs that I reported.
Jango is a very flexible theme that lends itself to a wide range of use cases and this would probably be my go-to theme for both, personal and client projects.
The installation process is very poor and the code quality is not up to deploy.

The author NikaDevs does not respond anymore.
*NIkaDevs* should update the themes, or he should remove his Themes from Themeforest as they are breaching security violations.

The product has several bugs. I cannot use the page builder.
The theme is very complicated to use, in the version of drupal 9.4.5 its module does not work
Requested support to upgrade multiple times! Support was less then adequate!
No support and very poorly prepared the document for 7 and 9.
I've been trying to get the D9 version of this theme to work for over two years. The author would respond to support requests pretty regularly and quickly when I first bought the theme. I haven't seen any response to anyone since February 2021. Countless people have issues with the D9 version of this theme. Many say it's using modules that aren't even compatible with D9. I don't know what the issue is, but the only version I have ever been able to make functional is D7. Drupal 7 is past it's end of life. We HAVE to migrate. This theme is certainly not ready to be used. It needs an entire rebuild, new modules to replace what won't ever work for D9, and support to be maintained. It would also be helpful if the D9 installation didn't have an entirely different setup from the standard D9 installation. With use of the /web folder where the /vendor and other parts of the build aren't web accessible, it makes management of a site using this theme very difficult. I have purchased several themes from NikaDevs in the past and they are usually great... this one has been nothing but a headache.

I've discovered many bugs in this theme (visual shortcodes, deprecated functions in D9...) but when I've contacted the support I got no feedback.
You need to fix these issues fast or send me a refund if you can't.

This is not compatible with Drupal 9 as many supporting modules have issues or are not compatible with Drupal 9. The documentation for Drupal 9 refers to Drupal 8 which leaves you with a lot to figure out. Impossible to make it work in a existing Drupal 9 site (even if it's fresh). Mega Slider module is not compatible with Drupal 9, lot of issues and errors in custom modules also for Drupal 9.
I'll give Drupal 8 a shoot.
