Hello, I am interested in working with your theme but before buying I need to know if it is possible to do it multilanguage for example with WPML or another option, I need the site to be available in 2 languages. Tks!

it’s not fully compatible, you won’t be able to use for example Add Listing Form in more than 1 language or reviews etc, generally user generated content won’t be mutlilanguage
But beyond that the user cannot create the listing in 2 languages, can we through WPML copy each listing and make the translation into the second language?

Hi there. This theme is great, thank you.
We have added our own taxonomy to the Listings but I cannot work out how to get that taxonomy to appear on the listing page.
I want to do something like you do with the Features https://www.dropbox.com/s/2xu2ec4drgsyyqe/TaxonomyOnListingPage.jpg?dl=0I cannot see this an option in the Listeo editor or the Customise theme section, do we need to edit the listing page code?

from single-partials/single-listing/features.php, you can duplicate it to show your taxonomy
Thanks for that, it worked. I have another question about extending the theme to allow for another homepage. We need to create a separate landing page, so essentially a new homepage, with its own set of homepage options, and another homepage wide search form and then feed into a separate search results view.
Could this be achieved by duplicating what is already there in the theme and renaming to say Homepage 2? I look forward to your reply.
The settings in Customize -> Home Search Options appply only to page that are using “Home Page with Search Form” page template, you’d probably need to duplicate that template (listeo/template-home-search.php) and hardcode the settings you want in that template if you want to create more page of this type

the demo install “airbnb” home page as default, but even the demo content shows instructions how to change that, it’s configurable in Customization -> Home Search Options

Presale question here. I saw u answered another people here. It could not be possible with this theme. But it will be added as feature. But it was 11 months ago. So is it now possible “just allow only listing to be rented for minimum a month, a day, a week, for three month.” We need this type of periods for our listing project. Thank you.

there is now option to set minimum days for rental listings so it could be used that way but we don’t have option to for example rent and pay monthly for bookings

I have recently purchased this theme and have observed the following issues:
1) Each time I go to add a new listing, there is a package selection screen that shows up. Ideally, if I am already subscribed to a particular plan or package, then I should not be asked to select a package before adding a listing each time.
2) On the packages screen that shows up while adding a new listing, I am not shown the current package I am subscribed to. Also, it is not clear whether I can upgrade or downgrade my package.
3) In the paid packages, there is no option to select the number of images/photographs that can be uploaded for a particular listing. For example, I want to limit the venue owner to upload not more than 5 images in a particular listing. I don’t see this happening as well.
Overall there is an option for creating paid packages, however, it is not up to satisfactory levels and has very limited functional capabilities. Honestly, I am not too happy with the theme as a whole and want to claim a refund of the same.
Request you to support me in this regard and do the needful from your end.

the WooCommerce Order for that package must be set as Completed so the package is assigned to your account. If that’s not working on your site contact us via Support Tab, I’ll check what’s wrong
ad2. I explained that you should see it in previous point, but there’s no option to downgrade or upgrade package
ad3. We nowhere advertised such functionality so I don’t see how this would be a reason for refund. We do have plans to expand packages option for other modules like bookings widget, contact forms etc

I appreciate your prompt response. Please find my comments below.
1) I fail to understand the reason of this screen showing up each time I go to add up a new listing. If I’m subscribed to a package wherein I’m allowed to post 3 listings, then this package screen should show up ONLY when I have posted 3 listings and I go on to post the 4th one. This is the ideal way any subscription model works. Once you reach the limit of your subscribed options, they prompt you to upgrade the package.
2) The way packages are managed through WooCommerce is again not the ideal way to go about it. However, that’s the technical architecture of the theme and a way of system design which I wouldn’t like to comment upon.
3) Your theme has many options but if the basic ones are not covered then all the advanced ones are of no use. So, please don’t consider only this point as my basis for requesting a refund. I have thoroughly reviewed the theme and then come to this conclusion. An option of having a limitation of posting the no. of images per listing is anyway not something that you would advertise about. Apart from this, I also couldn’t find an option wherein the Free package just shows the listing and NOT allows booking for that listing. Please let me know if you have that.
I believe the theme is good but not suiting my requirements for now. I hope you’d consider my refund request as I wouldn’t be using your theme anyway.

Hello, is the following situation possible with your product?
I need to create two listing categories for example “car” and “house”
if a user want to book something he need to message the owner first
a user can write 3x a month to other users (or if he has premium he can write infinity messages)
users can add 3 listing or with premium infinity
No, that’s pretty specific functionality to limit number of times user can write to other users, we don’t have such option out of the box
1) In the EVENT listing type… can I customize(re-code) so I can add multiple START_END dates? 2) If yes, can each date range have it’s booking prices? 3) Any plans to add, monthly booking in future?

I see site admin can send monthly payment requests to Vendor using WooCommerce plugin. Can Vendor send similar monthly invoices to Customer?

not really, site admin doesn’t send anything using WooCommerce. As booking payments are based on WooCommerce, each booking created an Order in WC which is paid to the site admin (as you can set only one set of payment methods in WooCommerce) – those transactions are stored in Commissions page in wp-admin,and in Listing Owner’s Wallet page, where he sees how much money he can expect from site admin to be transferred, but those happen manually.
as for invoices, as I mentioned the Orders are from WooCommerce and there are many invoice plugins for WC so it might be integrated with theme if there’s a need for that.
Hi, is that possible that the guest pays manually the complete booking amount to the owner and the admin don´t receive any payments, not a commission, not a booking amount. So a guest make a reservation and pays manually to the owner of the holiday home. Is that possible that the admin offers only the complete booking system, but the admin not receives any money of the booking. For me it is enought to offer a subscription package, I don´t want receive any money of the bookings and not need any commissions.

generally if you would define only one payment method “in cash” it would work for booking, but as the same methods would be available for subscription package it wouldn’t be possible to have two types. I’ll look into this but as for now I’d say no
