Hi, Journal ships with a proprietary filter module which works based on Opencart options and attributes. So you can create various options and attributes in your Opencart admin and then add those on category type listing pages in your Journal theme through the Filter module.
Additionally, you can create different filter modules, each with specific options, and add them on different category pages.

Yes, it supports RTL, you can see it in demo 1, just change the language.
Languages are not included in the theme, you’d have to install the Arabic language in your Opencart store separate from the theme. Once installed the theme will provide translatable fields in the admin and also adapt to the RTL direction.

Hi, we do not know about logo translator, probably not out of the box, you should contact its developers and ask about compatibility with custom Opencart themes.

Yes, Journal supports the latest official Opencart release.
But we do not include any language pack, that is not part of the theme so you must find and install your language pack (RTL languages included) in Opencart separate from the theme.
Then the theme will detect the extra language and provide additional input fields in the admin, and in cases of RTL will switch direction as well.

Hi, that is actually a Popup module, you can just delete the module from Journal > Modules > Popup > [Your module]...
Or simply remove it from the layout in Journal > Layouts > Home > Special Modules – All Layouts (top right corner button).

How to verify email id when someone send message at message box. a copy of that message also send to the contact customer. Now if the customer enter wrong email id then mail will be bounce back. This bounce back mail detects as a spam flag in the hosting server.
Hi, there is no such option in our Form module, if that’s what you’re referring to, but if you’re familiar with php you can edit catalog/controller/journal3/form.php and add your own logic there, sending a mail to customer email too.

Hi, you may have not set up the column widths on a breakpoint. You’d have to open those columns options (small pencil button seen when hovering over the column) and set some breakpoint rules on the Width option.

Hello, I’m seriously interested in buying this theme.
I’ve tried a few other themes, and there were so many CSS errors, mis-alignment, broken functionalities and etc… and the theme developers ended up closing business…
OC 3.x seems to be very unstable after viewing developer comments in github.com, so I might use v2.3 instead.
So my question is, as each version of OC has its own patches (which is all over the place on the front end), how production-ready is this theme for OC2.3? I’m sure it is a nightmare to support all these versions of OC…

Hello,
I’ve just installed Journal theme on my website. It’s everything set but there’s a few basic changes that I’m unable to sort. I’ve been reading the documentation with no luck:
1-I would like to delay the time after the newsletter pop up shows up. I’ve tried setting from the general section—>show after. But it doesn’t work. There’s something else I have to do?
2-I would like to change the default number of products is shown on the pages. I did follow the instructions on the documentation but it doesn’t work. The only section where I could change the default setting is in my old theme which is obviusly disabled at the moment.
3-I would like to add a previous and next button on the pages. (like the ones on the documentation website) but can’t find where to do it.
4- I would like to change the langague in the quick checkout from english to italian. But here’s as well. I couldn’t find where.
