Hi, I am having an issue with my shop and product pages. I have posted a support ticket but received no reply!
1. Product images: On product pages, my images aren’t appearing in a lightbox when I click on them. They are linking to the image page. The product zoom native to wc is also not working – this is ok (not idea, but ok) but the lightbox is a very big issue.
2. Tags on shop page: I would like to remove the dropdown menu for “tags” from my shop page. How do I do this?

When importing any of demos, the menu will not be imported, i tried it with different demos and Making the menu is very complicated.

Please don’t ask me to submit a support request, as I no longer have support and don’t see it as justified to purchase it just for this simple configuration.
Just to add, I’m using Norebro version: 1.3.4.
I’ve now found that for the ‘Split Screen Right Image’ project page by modifying the following file wp-content/themes/nobro/portfolio/full-width-invert.php and commenting out:

Then the tags section is removed. I honestly don’t see why the tags section was added. There is no tags functionality in the portfolio, it seems to serve absolutely no purpose, so I’d almost regard this as more of a bug.
Obviously next time the theme is updated this change would be gone…

there is a big lie in theme description this theme doesn’t support RTL at all… the help center is so poor and ignore tickets easily I had never seen such Disastrous support in the past in #themeforest

hey everybody! Do not misunderstand this image 
A while ago we advertised it but after we got reports of issues with RTL compatibility we refunded our customers who reported us those and changed the text on the landing page. I looked further and can confirm that it was way before you purchased your license.

Hi, Can’t see the categories in the Portfolio admin section when I’m in Gutenberg editor. But I can see it in the post section. My theme is up to date. In the Gutenberg admin options of the portfolio section all that I can select is: permalink, Featured image and discussion… In Posts, I can select permalink, Featured image, discussion, tags, categories, excerpt and page attributes. Modern and sleek. This is definitely a masterpiece. To be honest, I expected more header and slider options, you know, for more “classical” projects.
Other than that, both rich and clean. Checking a little bit, it should have nicely built VC custom shortcodes too. It seems I’m going to be a customer soon.

hi another few questions before i purchase. looking at the Architecture demo… 1) On the home page where it shows the work, is it possible to remove/disable the selectable category filter? 2) Once you click on one of the images on that “Our work” section on the home page, it opens it up with a short description and you can scroll through a range of images. Is it possible to include video in that and not only images? 3) One the image is clicked and it opens, it has “date”, “skills” “client” “project link”.. can we change these headings to other headings or even disable them? 4) this “work” section” is it possible to make it full screen and not boxed width and also remove all the space around the images? thanks
