I must be missing something, but I purchased the Supro theme and I can’t figure out how to even upload it at this point.  The complete theme download (direct from Envato) is being kicked back as too large from Shopify.  The support doc in the Documentation doesn’t really say much beyond uploading the zip file.

Hi! How do I remove the two little icons on the top – the CART and the LOGIN icons? I don’t want them (disabled the account option and it still shows the icon of the little man and also the cart icon is unwanted). Thanks!

Hi, I like the theme so far. But I don’t get it in the customize section. How can I use the header with the brand name centered instead left (like the one in the instagram shop home template)? I can only select 2 different typo header layouts but the centered is not selectable. And I also can’t see any difference between the two headers. Please help. Thanks

Hi there,

I just purchased your Supro Shopify theme and noticed a lot of flaws in the code/design which makes it unusable for the project I had in mind. For instance, the product images/logos are all unclear/fuzzy, while they are high quality and do appear in retina in other themes. Also, the product and blog grid is really showing lots of defects, see images below.

These thing are fixable by code, but that would be to time consuming for me; after all, that’s the reason I bought a theme. I really hope I can get a full refund as this theme is not working for me as it currently is.

I have just tried to submit a support ticket but your system isn’t working.

We have just started developing a store using Supro and have noticed a few issues with the theme, including: - Products not showing on Collection pages - Mini cart displaying “You have no items in your shopping cart.​” text even when there are products added - Featured products not showing on homepage even after being configured - Mega menu not displaying even after being configured - Content not displaying in footer even after being added - Product images appearing stacked despite horizontal gallery option being selected
