After updating the plugin “Lava Directory Manager” from Version 1.1.22 to 1.1.27 the listings won’t load anymore in list or map view! Is this a common error?

with your elementor post block it pulls from the post instead of the excerpt for the archive pages, etc.. how can we fix? We submitted a ticket but it says you are not available for the next 5 days. We are trying to launch but this is a show stopper right now. Every other elementor post block (non javo themes) sees there is an excerpt and uses it. What can we do to make yours do the same? Thanks

We are not sure how you want to make the payment for rent users ( as you said site owner ). It depends on the payment you need to make for them. Unfortunately, we don’t have the payment options. Our payment is for posting listings only.

Hello, I have an API key on my local server. When I enter adress in the search bar (demo home page) the search bar works fine and find the adress. When I clic the search button it open the listing page fine. But I have a message “Please add address or you added a wrong address” and there is no results. ??

This support is suggesting answers not seeing the problem first hand, unlike any other developer I have worked with at Theme Forest. I feel support does not have the man power to handle many requests, and even following their instructions step by step the theme does not behave normal when installing. Sorry but I wish Theme Forest would refund me and recommend another theme for a directory project.

You can say that but it is NOT TRUE. You have not even looked at the server, problem happens during the install process, look at other people`s notes here, same feedback. I think the release is flawed, plain and simple.
I made up my mind already, will buy a new theme today; make sure you fix that problem so this comment section gets better feedback.
You didn’t provide the credentail to login to have a look. Most of our clients ( we would say all ) solved the import issue after they fixed the server issue with hosting support team. We have more images are importing than others. Then you need to have enough memory and uploading size. Then there is no problem with import demo data. Many of clients are using this theme and all solved with server issue.

We didn’t reply wrong. That’s a common issue from your initial settings and import issue. Then we give the doc to solve. If not, we ask credentials. And we asked but you didn’t give.
We don’t harass customers. You keep giving wrong information. You changed many settings and you have removed the meta. We have many customers are using this template. it can’t be that huge problem. Only you have blog meta issue.
Don’t get it wrong when you see “it’s not working” on these comments. There are mostly setting or server issue that fixed or custom setting mistake.

2. We don’t have an event post type.
3,4,5. It’s hard to answer your customization questions. It’s up to your detailed plan. These are not what we have.
This theme is more for business directory not event. You can get what you are seeing on our demo site. It seems to be possible. But you need to customize our theme. Not possible by our options. It’s not a simple work to do. I believe you need to hire someone to customize our theme.

So we are having issues understanding how to setup the directory with payments and how to (1) style the pricing page in elementor . there is a short code in the landing page that you can’t edit (2) how does the directory and buddypress work together and where do we style? – The issue is your support forum is down and the support login does not recognize us even though we are a paid customer. What can we do? Right now we cannot fully utilize this theme.

One more thing: can you make the map in listing pages show a Google map static image? it saves far more money as opposed to activating a dynamic one each time the page is open. Current rates of Google maps make this a very expensive site to run so you need to consider that.

Dear support, This would be a good idea to add new maps like open street map. Since 2018, Google maps is still “free” but only for a small amount of views then it’s very expensive.
If you enter a new key on your website, you have to join it with a credit card account and then you will have to pay a lot of money every month.
I used “quota” on the google plateform console to limit to number of views per day displayed on my website. If the google map views are over the quotas, the visitors get the same message as you. “This page can’t load Google Maps correctly. Do you own this website?”

Unfortunately, we don’t provide other maps at this moment. Changing maps is not a simple work to do and Google maps is the best one. The free maps will be also charged in the future.

Jut bought it, I think it is the most complete theme, had issues when importing the demo as someone pointed. Also, tell people about your Youtube channel, it has a lot of useful info on this theme. I wonder if misspelling “protfolio” will affect the portfolio page I created ( correctly spelled) because the demo lacked a lot of pages. How can I fix the system misspellings, if possible?

I checked the code on the console, it is the left navbar header…can it get fixed so it goes away?
