It exists a thing called “right of withdrawal” (or something similar, I’m not English mothertongue, sorry) that is the right for the user to ask for a refund in 30 days without any explanation. He can have the refund and he lose the licence. There is no reference to this is Envato page. I need more explanation.
No sir. Right of Withdrawal mean we can withdraw a product from Envato any time if we want. In that case, you can’t ask for refund to Envato.
There is no time limit for refund but you must present a valid reason for refund.

Thank you for the reply. So as I would like it is all made using Elementor. The things I didn’t understand is that you created Papr custom widgets for Elementor. Nice. Is anywhere available a howcase of these widgets to discover in detail how you enrich Elementor basic?
If you want you can use the elementor default widget like elementor.

I’m quite impressed by the design. I’m thinking of purchasing this theme. However, I found a few things that is making me wait.
1. In Mobile Site, When someone click on menu (three vertical lines icon), the full navigation menu appears and cover the whole screen. That is a good thing indeed. But, There is no option to slide it off the screen. After the menu pop up, there is no icon/button that can pop out it even slide it left/right also doesn’t work. Only when i tap on the corner on the white space, it works. That is confusing. No one will know where to tap until he/she is technical.
2. The AMP page demo seems have no dark mode. (Please don’t suggest me to use CSS for this)
3. I don’t have any idea about your build-in ad manager. Does it work have option to disable ads for specific posts or not.
I’m currently using one of the most famous themes available on themeforest. I have been using it since 2015. Everything was OK. But, The recent update seems too much broken. It has all the necessary features I need but I am not satisfied with the performance. However, You guys have made an excellent theme that I’m considering as the replacement. But, These things I have mentioned above you should take care of. I’m sure many users are thinking like me.

1. We have used two menus for mobile. One at the header and the other at the bottom of the screen. The close button is available for two menus. If you have any suggestion please share with us.
2. Dark mode not available for AMP

Thanks for the clarification. Yes I have noticed the close button available on mobile. But, It’s only on white version only. I had checked in the dark mode and found thing. Because that button itself is dark so that apparently is not visible. You can check it and I’m you will take care of it

Hi after long search and many tries I was able to put it up and running. Thank you. When we disregard the issues I had with uploading the theme and get it up and running, the design is very nice!

We uploaded a logo, but the size doesn’t seem to change, we used the logo height option.
