Hello, after a long time I’m starting to use your beautiful template bought on themeforest.com. I have a big problem since my purchase I have never been able to activate the license on wpbakery in any way. To date after recovering from my illness I wanted to start using it and put my site online. But even following your guides in no way I can activate everything. Keep in mind that I no longer have support for this theme but since since its first download I have never been able to load the license and correctly activate the theme I would like to help you. Oh, hero/slider. Its made with Revolution Slider plugin which is already bundled within Wedding Planner with dummy sliders.
I strongly recommend you to import our dummy data so you can get pages and sliders then you can simply edit whatever you want.

1. I’d like to know how to add offset to scroll to id, since I the function used in the theme scrolls without offset. I can edit code if necessary and I don’t think I need theme support for this. I think I might not be the only one in need of this.

I’ve also tried to edit the back editor of WP Bakery in blog page by adding a post grid which will show the post in a grid layout, but changes don’t get saved… I also added a custom sidebar in menu options and nothing shows…

Well I can’t open a ticket because I don’t pay support. It’s not a support issue. This is more of a pre-sales questions… Can you please answer to the community how are we suposed to have a blog grid layout? It makes no sense showing the whole article in the listing page.
Besides I’d also like to know how to add an offset to the scrolling effect. 100 or 200px should be enough.

Hello, kindly inform you that we provide support trough our ticket system. There are various blog styles in demo site as I mentioned before however your requirements might be different for sure.
You can use Post grid or Masonry Post Grid elements via Page builder. This elements has various settings which should help you to create a simple post list. Also you can customize your grid via WPBakery Page Builder > Grid builder section like typography, hovering effect, paddings etc;
