Hi, About Page title of single video you can customize it in: wp-content/themes/haru-circle/template/page-heading.php. You need go to line 66 and change the code here:

$thumbnail_id = get_post_thumbnail_id($post->ID);
$wp_get_attachment_image = wp_get_attachment_image($thumbnail_id);. We don’t make sure this code works. You can check it yourself. Regards!

Thanks for the quick reply! I read the tutorial, if I’m deleting revolution slider, will I have enter new licensing? Or it will be install with xxx core plugin? Do reinstall the haru xxx core plugin, I have to upload it manually correct? It’s not the WP Plugin Store. It looks like the site is at the current version but not revolution slider. Thanks!
Hi, If you update via our theme update you don’t need license. Please read the tutorial carefully, you need delete both RS and xxx core plugin. Then you will get notice to install it again. Regards!

metabox conflict with WPBackery. I see that if i leave active Metabox plugin it disable WPBackery plugin… Any ideas? Metabox is included in your package…

Bought this theme just this last week, and while trying to install the theme I ran into a number of issues, namely the fact that the Haru Circle Core installation continues to fail. I bought this template a while back and many functions stopped working. the video trailer plugin does not work anymore. I even left you 5 stars review. I added video trailer from youtube under trailer and films, it supposed to show the trailer, but it doesn’t show anymore. A user just notified me about the trailers are gone. I checked my youtube the videos are there. The trailer and film section do not work anymore. Another problem is that i added movies,, but the template only shows series and short films. I did not have any problem before your update. Can someone help?

Well you are asking me to update it myself, I did it and all got messed up. The first vesion was when i bought the template. The new version creates conflict in Javascript. I sent you the WP and FTP details to do it for me in order to fix the problem. I fixed it by reverting back to old version. The template has another problem, it has 2 categories “series” and short film ” you forgot to add category feature film.

I told you several times you do it to see why this is happening. Your movie template has category issue. It has category for series and short film. I don’t have time to go back and forth with you and tell you to update on your own to troubleshoot and see where the problem lies. it took my several hours last night to fix the problem on my own. I told you I did update the template and my website got messed. I reverted back to old version and fixed the javascript conflict in the template. If i wanted to update on my all over again, why in the world would i ask you to check what ’s wrong? A good web developer would have done the update and see what is the wrong with this god damn template. I changed the login details. I will buy a new template hopefully with a better support. thanks for nothing.
1. Sorry but you used our theme more than 2 year ago and we made many update in these time for compatible with WordPress 5.x and other plugins update. Now all other customer can update it without error. 2. We are checking the issues for you and you can update and send us page have error. We don’t think it take much time. You can update in few minutes and don’t know why you can’t do it. 3. We don’t know you installed plugins and it can cause conflict. 4. You request a new feature on your email. 5. Your template should have a function to be updated just like many other templates in WP. I told you it creates Javascript conflict. All plugins are related to your template’s plugin. It doesn’t take much time for you who created it, not for me. I had to check everything and found out it was javascript conflict caused the issue. I reverted back to old version. The new feature i was asking was to remind you that you have 2 categories, just giving you a headsup. It adds a value if your template is properly done. But it is strange to have two categories in there. Like i said I already fixed it on my own. I just wanted you to see the problem it causes. That’s a programmer do, he troubleshoot the issue.

I did go through your documentation and tutorial, you think I am stupid not check on what i paid for? If you would have checked when i sent you the login details instead of all these useless back and forth messaging, you would have found out the problem., fixed it and have a happy customer who would probably bought your other product. A true programmer and web developer does that. He troubleshoots if he or she cares about his client and product. This is the foundation of online sales and customer support. You are asking me to update on my own so you see the issue which i already did and got problem. This is why i asked you to do it in the first place, but no…you wanted to create a series of useless arguments on themforest. I changed the login because i found out it is useless.
