I am using your Leitmotif Theme and its respective Leitmotif Instagram Feed Plugin. However, when I click on – ‘Connect with Instagram’ button, it gives the following error:

Our devs are working on a solution.
Also, we have started recommending https://sr.wordpress.org/plugins/instagram-feed/ to our customers, as the plugin is more specialized for Instagram, and we did not have any compatibility issues with it. Their plugin has already been updated to be compatible with the API changes so you could try it out until our developers find a suitable solution.

Hello, im interested in using this theme for a movie production website, its very nice. i see that it was created in october and only updated once over 6 months ago. is it compatible with the latest version of WordPress and will you be updating the theme in the future? just dont want to buy an adandoned theme

Please note that due to safety measures related to COVID-19 the updating of our themes is a bit delayed but please note that we are working really hard on this and that we are constantly working on updating all our themes, however, we can say that the theme is compatible with the latest version of WordPress as well as it is compatible with the latest WooCommerce as well. You will get this message though but it will not affect the performance of the theme as well as it will be added in the theme’s changelog once the update is out. At the moment we don’t have any ETA when this update will come out. You will for sure be notified when the theme update is out. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Well within our theme options you do have an option to enable social share for portfolio but it will not have an appearance like on your link. Possible you could consider using a 3rd party plugin for this purpose, however have in mind that we cannot guaranty theme compatibility with these plugins as they have not been tested with our theme.

Thanks for taking an interest! Within our theme options > Header you do have an option to set a Minimal header type which will be similar to the one on Fuego theme, do note thought that theme styles differ from theme to theme, so thy styling would be a bit different.

Hi! Having a lot of problems getting this to play self-hosted mp4 files. error: Media error: Format(s) not supported or source(s) not found (mov plays but is missing audio so I know its seeing the directory). Mobile works fine though. Any ideas on a fix? Temporarily moving things to vimeo, tho the vimeo embeds seem to not have a play button, and doesn’t display as well.

Sweeper slider is actually a portfolio list shortcode, and luckily there’s an option on portfolio items to set an external link. This means that you can link post categories there, and the titles from sweeper slider will be linked there.

kindly i purchased the Leitmotif – Movie and Film Studio Theme at themeforest.com and then installed polylang plugin, my default language is english which is working fine, my second language is arabic and when i switch the language to arabic, the arabic menu doesn’t appear… as explained FAQ of polylang (My menu doesn’t change with the language A frequent issue is a menu which is correct when directly accessing the page but doesn’t switch when clicking on the language switcher. More and more themes are loading the content in Ajax and thus don’t reload the menu and content common to every pages (ex footer, widgets). This Ajax feature is obviously not compatible with multilingual websites. You can try searching for price calculator plugins on wordpress.org there are number of plugins avalable, some of them should be complatible with our theme, but we can’t be sure because we haven’t tested all of them.

I have imported “director’s home” in Leitmotif. On the top right side of the top header, there’s a hamburger icon, I click it, and a right side area overlay appears, with leitmotif logo and some social media account links.
Now how do I edit the content in this area? I don’t seem to find a clear way on the documentation regarding this.
I have already posted this to the support forum yesterday under support ticket # 4170, and I haven’t got a reply yet.
