The theme doesn’t have those capabilities. You could disable the theme login and use the wordpress login screen, for which there are plugins that can add recaptcha for example. There are also anti-spam plugins you could try. I can’t say at the moment if such features will be added in the theme itself, sorry for any inconvenience.

Unfortunately, this theme does not have any such an option that allows you to change the entire width of it. If you want a full width theme, we suggest the Newspaper theme which has this functionality.

Unfortunately, the Newsmag do not have any setting for full width. So, if you want to change your theme we strongly recommend to change it with our Newspaper theme. You can request a full refund from here -> https://themeforest.net/refund_requests/new where you have to specify this case and then purchase the Newspaper theme.

That appears to be post template 6, that template removes the subtitle on mobiles, I believe it is for design purposes. Making it visible could be done but it may cause design problems. Unfortunately, the Elementor plugin is not part of our tested plugins with our theme. You can use the WP Bakery but please note that our recommendation, in this case, is using our built-in page builder which is TD Composer.

Are you using the latest theme version? There have been changes made for the YouTube playlist implementation. The changelog can be seen here https://tagdiv.com/newsmag/ There is a guide there about what has to be done in order for the playlist to work again. Please follow it after you update and the problem should be solved.

Indeed, the theme folder structure has changed and now the header.php file is located under the tagdiv composer plugin like so: https://www.screencast.com/t/J9LvqcSXk

But you do not need to use the header.php file any longer. You can add your code directly in the theme panel under the analytics section and it will have the same effect. You do not need to alter the theme files for adding code to the header.

Thank you for your interest in our themes. There are many differences between the 2 themes. Both are news themes but there are quite a few differences between the 2. Newsmag is the lighter version for a basic news website while newspaper falls into a more multi-purpose kind of approach offering multiple complex elements with many layout possibilities. If you need more design and style choices, then newspaper is for you. if you need the basic news website with not too many complicated settings and elements, then Newsmag is the better choice.

There have been several YouTube changes in the last few weeks and in the latest theme versions we have implemented an api connection for YT: https://forum.tagdiv.com/youtube-api-key/ You need to disable and delete your tagDiv Composer page builder and then install it again from the theme plugins section. This will provide the api key functionality that is now required for a proper youtube connection.

Indeed after further testing it seems the results were cached but once the cache has been released the counter did not work anymore. Please use the manual count at the moment until we can provide a fix for the social counter youtube implementation.
