guys, I purchased the official WooCommerce Product Search plugin. does this integrate with the theme? I don’t see it working correct at the moment. Would appreciate a reply from you, thanks!

There isn’t anything wrong with it. But I noticed it don’t that the search in the header does not integrate properly with the new search functionalities the woocommerce product search plugin provides. Is there a way to make it so by adding code in the functions.php? Here is more info over the integration in themes: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-product-search/themes/
Have you tried to check how it works with default WordPress theme like twentytwenty?
Since I updated to the new version today, I can’t change the color of one of the buttons. It’s purple and it will not even help if I reset all theme settings to default. It’s as if some of the old settings are “stuck” in the old settings before I updated and now I can’t change them. (this also goes for the TYPOGRAPHY settings. I change them but they don’t change on teh blog. I’m sorry I know my support has expired but since this is related to the update I thought I might get help anyways

Any update on Elementor compatibility for your theme? WP Bakery just sucks, Elementor is going to make everyone’s lives easier and probably boost the sales of your theme too.

We don’t have plans to implement Elementor for our Basel theme. It is not possible to migrate customers websites from WPBakery to Elementor since they are absolutely different. And supporting both plugins will be very bad for performance. If we will support Elementor, it will be an absolutely different theme.

I have theme latest version, and i am using Nav Menu Roles plugin. After updating to the latest version of WP, in the backend i can’t see any menu items. It’s like all menus are empty.
In default wp plugin it’s working fine. To see the menu items i must disable Nav Menu Roles plugin so i consider this is a theme bug.
Any ideas?

But if it works when the plugin is turned off then it is not a theme bug. Seems that this plugin breaks our theme’s functionality. And we didn’t declare full compatibility with this plugin.

Hi. I’m trying to change the font. I choose the ones I want (always Google Font) in the template options menu. But he ignores me. On the page it shows other fonts. I have tried to empty page cache and browser and it doesn’t work.

Sorry, but there is no such option in our theme and WooCommerce by default. It may require additional code customization or extra plugin but we don’t have an instruction for this. It is out of our theme support scope.

And also add a link on the right side of the green bar, where this menu currently is?

Yes, our theme has a catalog mode option that disables add to cart and shopping cart functions. You can also hide all prices with CSS or simply don’t set them at all.

The latest version of the theme installed on my server appears to be having problems with saving custom fields under “Product settings” and “Page Settings”.... Checkbox option work just fine, but text fields do not save and do not load the submitted value. For example; On product page, the “Add New label” works, while “Product video” filed does not. Is anyone else experiencing the same issue?
