I just purchased this theme so that I can have access to support with a website I took over management with. It already has this theme installed on it. I am having an issue getting the “Theme Functions” do display but it will not. And as of right now, I cannot find a phone number or email to contact anyone to help resolve this. Can I please get an email or phone number to call?

I have installed Portfolio Grid on the Home page similar to “Enfold Dark Photography” demo page. But when we do the mouse over the categories, the title is not shown. How to make the Title visible when mouse hover over it ?

I am forcing to check manually, from the THEME UPDATE option in ENFOLD menu en wp admin with no succedd I have Themeforest User Name and Themeforest API Key of whom buyed that license of enfold

How can I get the new version?

It seems that theme has “Login” feature but no “Sign Up/Register” feature on frontend. It doesn’t make sense when you try lo login to an account which you have never created right? If theme supports this or we can achieve this with some 3rd party extensions please let me know.

To fionda85: I think, something is wrong with the Enfold 4.7.4 under the latest 5.4 WP. My site lost some styles after updating the WP to 5.4. This information https://kriesi.at/support/topic/shortcodes-window-after-updating-to-wordpress-5-4/ didn’t help me.

Hello. We can see a lot of error logs (gigas) on request with avia-footer-scripts-97639d5c4a… when JS is compress and merge (settings theme admin / Performance / Compress). When i turn off Compress JS, it’s ok. Is it a well-know issue for you ? I use latest WP and Enfold. Thxs

Hello, I bought the theme today, and since I installed it, it’s been a problem. When I tried to modify the menus I couldn’t open the page. It directly leads me to a page with these errors. I have disabled all plugins in order to check for a conflict coming from any of them and it doesn´t work in any case. I’ve tried to get in several times and I always get the error message. I need to fix it as soon as possible, please!

I want to ask few question before buying your theme as I am totally new at themeforest. Questions are:

1. I have seen that different template in your theme. For example: template for restaurant, wedding, blog, construction, etc.. Now my question is, if i buy your theme, will it cover each template or i will need to buy each template individually ?

2. If I buy your theme, will I be able to use it for my various website or your theme is only for one website ?

Why can’t I import demo? It says to reload the page and try again. Please do not solve with usual rebuttals such as clear your cache, etc. Tried everything. Please provide REAL solution. Prompt response much appreciated. Thank you.
