Hi. I am interested in purchasing this theme. However, I have a few questions.
1. Can I set a cut-off period for bookings to avoid last minute bookings? For example, a passenger can only book 7 days prior to his departure.
2. Does the template have a search box that can filter search results by destination? There was no search box in any of your demos.
3. For the pricing guide, can we only show a maximum of 3 different prices? Or can we create a price list instead?
4. Is the Motopress Hotel Booking Plugin included in the theme? Or do you have a template that combines hotel and tour booking?
5. Is it possible to incorporate affiliate marketing accounts such as Viator, Booking.com, etc.?

1 – Yes, there is a buffer setting
2 – You can use the bundled Groovy Menu Plugin to add search in the header. It will use the default WordPress search not specific to tours added by the theme. You should be able to use a search plugin to target the tours custom post type. There are several free plugins available.
3 – You can use WooCommerce variable pricing to provide more than just two price levels I believe. We have an example here: http://demo.themovation.com/embark/walking-tours/tour/coney-island/
4 – No, MotoPress is bundled with our Bellevue theme only at this time. https://1.envato.market/bellevue
5 – I don’t see why not, you may need to reach out to Viator and Booking.com to ask for their tracking codes.

On these independent landing pages it will be necessary to place two different sales forms which will be integrated or will use woocommerce mechanisms: 1. A form enabling customer to pay a fixed amount of money to a Specialist for an appointment that have been already made (ex. customer could pay for 30 minutes or 60 minutes which means fixed price, form should have different fields that form in point 1) – also connected to paypal or other payment gate to registed immediately online payments.
Individual landing-pages should looks like independed sites and should not be connected in any way with links between each other (e.g. for example there shouldn’t be any Bred crumbs links which provide to other landing pages). Does such a configuration of pages (+ availability for paying for booked time) is possible using your template? Is such configuration of the landing page (and using on the landing page woocommerce forms enabling booking dates with the calendar) is possible to be made using your template?

Yes, you can use the Booked plugin to handle this. Including payment. You don’t need an account but there is an option to.

Sure, there are a few ways to do this. You could setup a few products in WooCommerce, EG: 30 Minute = $100, 60 MIn = $200 etc.. then they fill out the checkout form and they can process their payment.
The second way is a Formidable form or Gravity forms. I think both options would require a premium version of the forms to add payment but I’m sure that this is possible.
C – also connected to paypal or other payment gate to registed immediately online payments.
Yes, you can use WooCommerce checkout for this.

Yes, you don’t need to use Breadcrumbs, you don’t need to link the pages together.
Yes, booking calendars can be totally seperate. You can have as many as you wish and have them managed by a unique agent too.

Yes, you can translate. The theme and plugin are translation ready.Yes, you can use the 24 hour format. Yes, you can add custom fields to the booking calendar form. The formats are text field, paragraph, checkbox, radio, drop down, text contnet. You will need to create your own alpha-numeric form validation or hire us to customize for you.

When I was trying out the demo, I found the “checkout/place order” page only provide “check payment”(customer needs to send check to an address) or “cash on delivery”(pay with cash upon delivery) options, which I didn’t find other online payment methods. Quick question, my embark theme is not working well together anymore with elementor page builder, I got a text only session expired page when trying to edit. I did a quick check by installing the theme (update doesnt seem to be available through the envato market token) again through the ftp server and now the elementor page builder loads good with the element blocks on the left side, it is not anymore in text only session expired, but yet all the designed block elements are placed into one single block without layout.
What can I do to get my site back to normal?
Things done: disabled all my plugins updated all plugins update themes

There are known bugs at this time. A few minor fixes coming out in the new release soon but nothing like this.

We have even reverted back to the default theme (not using child theme) and same issue persists. We checked for header.php and footer.php files, and they seem to be there, yet WP seems to be not able to find them?
We do believe it should be safe to update the theme without facing such issues and forced to pay again for extended support (we are not asking how to use the theme or modify it)...

Actually looking closer at @HugoKoh, they have some plugins activated like caching and minifying. So that can cause issues. They have created a ticket with us and we are actively investigating.

WP Rocket disabled. Further troubleshooting points to issues with Elementor Pro, once it is disabled, header loads normally. Yet we loose all our single page templates we use.
So the issue is with Pro? How can I replicate this issue locally? Can you walk me through step by step?

We would love to sort this out via ticket, but as said earlier we are out of luck on that.
Replicating the issue: Create a new single page template for tour-type taxonomy with Elementor Pro Templates, assign the new template to tour-type pages and et voila. Tour-type pages no longer load header.php or footer.php files. I’m not sure if it is Elementor Pro issue per se, obviously removing support for custom templates “solves” the issue, but it’s most probably connected to the Embark update. Did something change regarding custom post types (themo_tour) and their taxonomies?

FYI. Tours are already fully editable via Elementor. I’m not sure why you would need to create a tour template via Elementor.
I can sort of see why tour type archive pages should work, but I don’t know if we ever tested these because we never designed the tour type taxonomy to be used like this. I’m sure we could get it working though.

You can change the tour slug to anything you wish. We have a theme option for that.

The Tour tour is unaffected by this. We use it for sorting and organizing via the Tour Grid widget.

Thanks. Not that i know of. You might be able to modify the code or use Yoast SEO to create custom slugs. At this time the only slug that we have a theme option to change is the tour slug / permalink

I have some trouble regarding the header logos though.
- Even though the 2 logos (main and alternative) are the same size, the alternative logo is displayed smaller for no reason
- On the page load both logos are blurry and pixelated for 10 seconds and then they get normal.
