H i there , bought the theme today , link given with installation instruction is not working https://smartdatawp.com/city-govt/documentation/, i’ve managed to install because i do have experience . I am having issue , first when I was installing/activating the plugins , got few errors , now Theme is installed and I was about to change the slider image , got another error 
this is a project i have to deliver quick , I won’t have time fixing theme errors , please ! Beside the errors , Theme look great

Hi, i enabled it, just i wnt to open faster, i would rather not use loader. Just pls the slider to open faster there is a setting for that? or a css code? Thanks
The things is that the slider is made with js , so when the page is not full ready and the javascript is not loader the element will not show correctly. That is why use loader ensure all js and css is loaded and slider work. You can use banner in place of that. Mean while we are trying to find any alternative solution. Thank you
