Hello, I wrote over a week ago. I’m blocked because I don’t have the license code to activate WPbakery. I have to set up the site for a client. Could I get some help please?
I’ve been trying to connect to my account to see if I receive an answers of my requests but I can’t.

However, I never receive any confirmation email on my box-mail and on my spam.

Hi,
I have a problem on all the pages of my website : When I’m on the responsive version, there is an empty white space at the bottom of all the pages, just before the footer.
I can see on the source code that, this space belongs to the div “mkdf-grid-row” , and its height is longer than the content. So it makes a white banner and it’s not pretty…
Can you help me please ?

Hi!
Looking in to purchasing this item to my common law wifes company, BUT, the theme is not responsible at all for us that’s working with 5K resolution screens. 
Is there a solution to fix this?

Hello there,
Thanks for taking an interest in our theme. You should know that all our themes are responsive, however, the demos are built and tested for the optimal resolution 1920×1080 so it might happen that once you check this on your end some elements are not showing as they should.
Inspecting this on our end I can see that the only irregularities are that the images from the demo are smaller and therefore it is displayed a bit different. You should know that if you upload bigger images that suit your 5K resolution and that will take up the whole screen or some part of it it will be displayed as it should.

This image inside of the slider that is created with plugin called Revolution slider. You can change it using options inside of the plugin. Also, if you want to change the title image, you can change it through options.

You can change the title on shop page in page backend. There is option for that: https://www.screencast.com/t/yYgbhpZKvZT But if you want to set different title images on different categories, you’ll have to set those with some additional CSS.

yes but: - for product category page parallax effect isn’t enable and more we have to set by css two bacground image (one for mobile and one for desktop) - for single product page parallax effect is enabled but from backend we haven’t a metabox to choose an image.
I suggest you to use product category image (that we can choose from single product category backend) for single and category product page.

Note that all WooCommerce child pages like Category pages will inherit settings from Shop page. This is woo default functionality and it cannot be changed.
If you want to set different images and effects you need to use additional CSS code.
Also, category pages like blog posts categories, woocommerce categories are all archive pages and don’t have backend at all, this is how WordPress is working generally.

i know how wordpress works but i suggest you to do these improvement becouse It is natural to expect to see an image for each category of objects. For each category page on backend there is a field image that we can set so would be a nice thing to use this image on the title-header section.

i would like to use visual composer module “product list” but there’s a problem, it display the excerpt with html tag that i use. I think that should be ridicolous if we can use only plain text into excerpt product field. it’s a bug?

It’s not the bug, this field can accept only plain text, and this is because of strict coding standards (all user input needs to be escaped and sanitized). You can in the other hand change it by changing one line of code in theme files. Excerpt metabox is the same of the content metabox on backend and it is showed also on single product page where it’s normal to add more than plain text. i’ll contact support to get more info about this point. thanks
Import does not seem to import exactly what is in demo. Rev slider import seems to be missing as I am getting rev slider error and there are no sliders created.

I am very happy with this theme, it is built well and easy to update. My only issue with it was that when you change the main colours they don’t change everywhere, I had to create a lot of Custom CSS changes to make it work, just a small thing but worth mentioning, the theme itself is solid and well built.
I replaced the slider images but the original first image appears for a second before it loads the correct image, do you know how I could fix this?
