The issues I am about to mention apply to the Lawyer theme, although these may also apply to others. I am not a verified purchaser, because this theme was purchased by a client, if you need me to verify the purchase, please let me know.
The hamburger toggle does not work upon first load. You can click the toggle button, and the css transition for the toggle fires successfully, however the menu stays hidden. This fix should be a top priority.
The testimonials are also not aligned correctly on mobile due to the inline padding applied: padding-right: 10%; padding-left: 25%;
The left padding being larger pushes the testimonials to the right.
These issues can be found on your demo lawyer theme as well.

I installed wordpress. I uploaded the theme and activated it. When I start to import demo content, loadbar gets stuck at 70%. this first happened when tried to import on local. And now this is happening on live website.
My boss purchased the theme today. I can give you his email. He gave access to the theme file to me so I can set up the website. But load bar got stuck importing “template dummy content”. What is the problem? Why is it happening?

Sorry for being so impatient. I have just resolved the problem. The documentation said that after uploading I should import demo. However I tried to do it multiple times. It did not work. Then, I tried installing all plugins. I managed to install except envato market which gives api error. Having installed and activated almost all plugins except envato, I tried to install demo once again. That time it did work. Thanks. If I have questions, I will write.

Hello, have you resolved the issue? I am unable to install envato market plugin. Idk why. I think I am having some problems editing the website because of this problem.
Could you please give a link where it is showed how to edit website best. When I first edit page, some default values get changed. For example, I changed heading and main menu became non tranparent. I chanhed the height of header section and backgroud photo has been removed.
I am not making those things up. If something is wrong, please help asap
I have to say that support is just appaling. Gosh hvae I know that I would have so much headache with that plugin, I would have bought some premium top seller theme which have those minor problems resolved.

Envato plugin have nothing to do with the theme functionality. I recommmend you to download the latest version of the theme and you can edit the pages through Codeless Builder or Wpbakery Visual Comper page builder that are included with the theme.

The theme works with wpbakery visual composer that is included with the theme. So you don’t need to install the pro wpbakery.
In case you want a refund you have to open a refund request.

Hi, My visual composer is not working. It states it needs an update which when I try I am redirected to purchase a license. This plugin is required to edit the pages, please advise on an update as I don’t want to buy an additional license when I have just purchased the theme.

1. Yes you can, Open Customizer > Select the team member > In the custom link field add the link that you want: https://imgur.com/a/5avISKG
2. For that you have to add some custom css for example:
.cl_toggles .cl_toggle .title > a{font-size:15px; color:#ddd}
This code can be entered into the General > Custom Code
3. If you want to add a block quote you have to use the element of the builder. Yes is possible. You can to create a row after you have to add a Custom Heading and a button element.
4. You can center the team member by adding some margin to the row that contain that element.
5. The ping image in the customizer page transition will not be showed in the front end.

Hi, the issue mentioned previously about the slow visualiser last week was overlooked when replying about the Gutenberg update compatibility. It’s been like this from the start of development and we persevered, yet the end user is struggling to use it. Is there any reason or areas to check for a slow visualiser / page builder? The page is slow to load and is inconsistent when carrying out actions. Thank you.
If we can get the page builder working at a reasonable pace as it should then we won’t need Gutenberg.

You can use the Visual Composer instead of Codeless builder. The plugin is included within the theme. You have only to activate it. Wp Bakery work on the backend so it is more faster than Codeless Front end builder.

One of my clients is using this theme for Lawyer/Attorney. I am not seeing where to edit the page transition of the Pig. I have looked in General>Page Transitions, and it’s off. I have also looked in Site Options or Lightbox. And widgets. If you can point me in the right direction, I can take it from here. Thanks!!

Yes, you can import the demos. Select to import attachments if you want the images to import as well. Be ware that this will increase significantly the dummy data load size. You can chose to import without images and later download them from the online site and add them to your site.
