I am clearly stuck having to use your theme for my project, I replied to your link asking WHY can I not see my products on the site when we add them? We have more than 12 items and that is where your theme stops. It won’t even make another page to show our other products, you know like a regular shop would do in any other normal website. SO I have to ask, when will that update come so that we can have our products actually show up in our shop?
Is anyone having the issue of not seeing all of your products in the shop? If you did, please let me know how you were able to fix the problem?

You need to set up default shop page in order to display products. To do that, navigate to WooCommerce > Settings > Products and set up the main shop page here https://prnt.sc/rh9fjk.

My menu is jacked up and I have to wait for an update, OK I’m screwed with that. Now I have a shop that can’t hold product, but it’s a store???
Can you at least understand the frustration with the product you are marketing for people like myself to purchase? So when you come with a none fix, this is time I AM LOOSING MONEY.

I purchased the Pxlz theme and on the mobile version, the logo is in the way of the menu tree and I can’t seem to edit it. Even if I remove the logo all together it still shows up on the mobile and getting in the way of the menu tree making it impossible to tap on any of the menu pages.
Howe do you correct this?

A few days ago I requested help with the Pxlz theme in regards to the menu drop down menu tree for mobile devices and we are all still waiting. The theme is a really nice theme but we are live right now, but on mobile phones the menu does not work. You tap on “Our Shop” and it does not open at all. How do I fix this issue? How do I make the menu work properly on mobile devices, not PC. PC works fine, the mobile menu is jacked and how do I fix it.

Please note that our themes are responsive and that when it comes to the menu you do have a certain appearance on the desktop version and a certain appearance that will be active on mobile. So mobile menu will be used for smaller devices.

When I’m logged into the site, I cannot see the topbar. When I log out (or in incognito mode) I can see the topbar. Any idea why this might be happening?

We purchased your theme a few weeks back and we are trying to set up the shop on this theme and for some reason it is almost impossible to get the product pages created. When you create the page and try to assign the product to that page, it does not work. Trying to create a shirt page and a hat page and shoe page doesn’t work. How can I get this shop working like a normal shop???

A while ago I got help from support fixing an issue on my site. The fix was great, but now all of a sudden it no longer works. My theme support has expired, but I’m wondering if someone can still help me? I already got theme support help with the issue, the fix just stopped working for some reason. I’d rather not pay to renew theme support for something I already used paid theme support to get help with.

In it, I asked for help linking the images in my portfolios on the Pxlz theme. Theme support helped me do that by adding code to the custom JS section under Edge Options < General < Custom JS.
Here is an example portfolio on my site: https://gorillaagency.com/portfolio-item/pivotal-talent-search/And here’s the code that would link the portfolio images: $(document).ready(function() { $(’.postid-349741 .edgtf-ps-image img’).wrap(““); });
The codes for each portfolio are still on the custom JS area of my site, but now the links no longer work. I’m wondering if a theme update changed something that broke the code? I’m using a child theme, so I hope not. But I’m just trying to figure out what changed since I would still like these to link!

I am having the same problem with the Revolution Slider and the Edge Buttons. It is not sized properly. I have tried to style the button as well as add a width to the button and it did not work. The button is still not displaying correctly. Is there a script or something that can help fix this issue.
