Hello, we are having some issues with Slider Revolution and the Ratio theme. Any update coming down the pipe so that we can get the new version of Slider Revolution? We haven’t upgraded to wordpress 5.5 yet but are experiencing some of the same issues they mention in their update (Not fully saving in admin, when it does the new slides and saves aren’t showing up in the front end)

Hello, we purchased Ratio theme. We install this theme on some domen (i dont remember) and we want use this theme second time, and delete it from old domen, but we dont remember where we install this theme… If you can help us it would be grate! We understand that support time has passed, but we will be very cratefull if could help us and deregister our theme in old domen. We register this theme on new domen by our selfes. Thanks a lot!

Could you please explain this a but more as we are not quite sure what element you refer to exactly. If you refer to the single product page, there is no zoom option for the images unfortunately. You can always try to achieve this with some 3rd party plugin for this purpose but we cannot guaranty compatibility with it as it has not been tested with our theme.

How do you change how long a testimonial stays on the page? You can only change animation speed but not the time they are on the page. It is impossible to read them before they change!

Unfortunately, there is no option for this directly in backend, but you can modify script and fit you needs. You can set autoplay option to true and add some value for autoplay speed.

Where is the script to modify it to stay on page longer? I mentioned in my original comment that I know you can make it animate slower, but that does not make it readable, it just makes It so the transition is slower.

Dear Edge Themes,
We have the latest version upgrade to our website. Now we have developed a few things in the child theme. After the update to 2.2 (we previously had 1.7 running), the system does not read our files in the child theme.
Here is an example of which files we have modified in our child theme: /wp-content/themes/ratio-child/framework/modules/header/templates/parts/logo.php The changes we have made here will not be read after update.
We would like to hear the solution why the files are no longer read in the child theme.

Hi – A few questions… I cant any find answers to these in any documentation.
1. In the Top Bar: How can i edit the ratio separator widget? Any change i make to width, margins, color, or thickness do absolutely nothing – the separator even bleeds outside of the top bar.
2. In the Top Bar: How can i space out two icons, evenly, & center them between the top and bottom of the Top Bar?
3. Where can I find the icons youve used in the link below? I cant find them in any of the 4 provided icon packs.
