Regarding this problem, please note that you need to consider all the factors involved in this situation. One is the functionality of the Phlox theme and plugins and our servers and another one is your website server. On our end, we run several tests on a daily basis on our servers and we always keep track of the changes and the general performance of the demo importer. That being said, I can assure you that currently, we do not have any problem with our servers.
The best and fastest way of determining the real reason for this would be to enable the debug mode on your server and check the log files. Which is something we always do in our support service and we always help our users take care of the problems on their hosting services.

Instead of giving no sense reasons to defend your poor theme, why dont you refund the money ?

Cant import a demo, it shows “importing demo in progress” for more than 1 hour and nothing happens….. I should believe the bad coments regarding this theme before buying it… I really regret spending my money and time with this template.

It makes no sense that if I buy a theme, I have to send a ticket for support inmediatly. Most of the themes I have got, THEY WORK. Simply your theme have serious issues. You shouldnt be selling it as you have thousands of complains. Whay dont you fist, built a theme that works, and then you sell it ?

Hi, If you mean Elementor pro I have to say it is not included in any theme. In Phlox we use Elementor free and we have our own Elements and options. Buying Elementor pro too is totally up to you but I can recommend you to buy Elementor pro as well since the combinaition of Phlox PRo and Elementor Pro would be something better than awesom

I have a problem to change some default background colors in the portfolio sections and a problem in the menu that every time I enter a section, homepage button changes and gets the same URL that active section.

Your FAQ doesnt fully work:
- If you click on a question, you can not close it by clicking on the arrow or plus sign (only way to do it is by clicking another question).
- if you use the faq navigation the navigation seems to be positioned absolute…and the questions are not shown fully anymore as overflow hidden seems to be in place / max height of faq box seems to be set somewhere…

Hi, Please note that Elementor Pro is a plugin and Phlox is a theme. I would like to say Elementor pro is also a great plugin and the combinaition of Phlox Pro and Elementor Pro would be perfect. Specially for a web agency.

hi. Phlox shop pro plugin don`t work. It can be only on or off, but customize some here not avalaible. may be can you give documentation for this plugin. in documentation on your site i not found anything aboit it. Thanks

Hi there. Please note that the customizability of the shop pages is not really up to the Phlox Shop plugin. The Woocommerce plugin handles default shop pages but there are extra options that the Phlox Shop plugin adds to your WordPress website.
For example extra layout options for the Single Product pages or options to controls the layout of the main shop page and also a lot of style improvements.
