When registering a restaurant, no email is sent to the owner. After some troubleshooting I discovered the reason for the BUG… The bug is in “Sent Emails” section of food bakery

This theme is faulty. Everytime I edit something on the menu it erases the whole extra items on the menu. I’ve had to manually input the menu many times because of this.
Hi@ eddieneg , Apparently, there is no no such issue in theme and editor. If you are having any trouble while working and adding extras, Please contact your hosting provider to upgrade in php.ini for you to save values with out any issue.

I did it and it keeps erasing the extra items from the Dashboard. I have to keep redoing the whole menu again. This theme really is too buggy.
You need to ensure first of all that your hosting provider updated both local and master values for you . Did you confirmed and checked ? If not you can provide the details back on ticket where agent could check and guide you in right direction. Once configs are properly configured it will work normally.
Possible to export/import the restaurants? I see only the users, locations and type categories….
Same question for the menu…. If the reastaurant give me the menu in CSV or XLS. can I import the menu to the reastaurant, instead of type the food one by one

- You can add more variables to any template via code customization with the the help of developer.
Path : \wp-content\plugins\wp-foodbakery\backend\classes\email-templates
- You can use ‘Column’ element of page builder to paste your woocommerce shortcode / text via page builder.

It’s the third time same happens to me, my restaurant menus are disappearing by no reason… First was a whole menu, then the additional items, and now same with a few additional items.
Everything is set as how you recommend in php.ini.
Please give me a hand, it’s been very annoying to recreate all of the menus again and again.
Same with “delivery” or “pickup” selection at the cart. It completely disappeared.

The Import Demo Data option is not working for months now.

Hi@ apexzy , Certainly following issue arises due to firewall or strict permissions on server. Please, Ask your hosting provider to remove that firewall and permissions so that requests can be generated across API servers.
Also ensure to have these configs in php.ini file to avoid any poor configs issue :
max_input_time = 300 max_execution_time = 300 max_input_vars = 5000 safe_mode=off allow_url_fopen= on

Hello I’m trying to have the sites works, but user or restaurant tht tries to register don’t receive any e-mail with pssowrd nor I receive any notification. Also when user try to register there is a red message in the re- captha saying : domain not valid for the keys of the sites. Why?
I have already changed the option in general so anyone can register and also in foodsetting restaurant. The sites is : sweetora.com
