Frappe theme is already compatible with the WordPress 5.3.2 version.

Please understand that theme & WooCommerce are working fine with the current compatible version https://prnt.sc/rh5mxy.

We will include the compatibility with the latest version of WooCommerce in our next theme update, but note that the 4.0 version should also work fine with our themes since the changes they applied are related to the backend.

We are constantly working on updating all our themes. At the moment we don’t have any ETA when this update will come out.

Thanks for getting back to me! I understand, I just want to be able to host it on my own server without being dependant on Wordpress. Do you think I could convert this theme from Wordpress format into standard HTML? Does the theme use PHP inline code injection? If so, I’m sure I could convert it.

I figured this out.. Apologies… Next question I guess is in regards to the twitter.

It worked initially but then just stopped. I’ve entered Twitter ID etc but it just says can’t connect. What should I do

Regarding the Twitter issues, please navigate to: your-website.com/wp-admin/options.php page

Then find all the twitter fields and delete them.

If you want to change the Twitter account, navigate to: www.twitter.com and make sure you are logged out.

Then navigate to Theme Options > Social Networks > Connect with Twitter.

- Also, note that some web servers don’t allow editing the database through options.php, so you might need to access the database directly.

Once this is done if it does not work check to see if you have been logged in to your Twitter account. If so do not log out this time and simply go back to Theme Options > Social Networks > Connect with Twitter and press the button once again this should connect the two and provide a successful login message.

All our themes are translate-ready, which means all labels are translatable using some software or a 3rd party plugin. We would suggest WPML translator plugin, because it’s tested and compatible with all our themes.

We also do support translating using traditional method of Poedit software, but also many users tend to use Polylang but it isn’t fully tested, and we can’t guarantee that you will be able to translate all the strings with it, thus we suggest WPML.

Yes, of course. We have generated POT file that contains all registered labels within Frappe theme, so it’s ready for translation either from a plugin or from Poedit software.

The plugins that you got after the purchase are called bundled and we, as a theme authors, have purchased an extended licence for them. That means you don’t have to activate them and they’ll work for you regardless of that. Some plugins may ask for a purchase code for registration/activation once installed, however, you can simply ignore these messages as bundled plugins do not require activation or registration. The plugin will still work as intended with the theme once the theme has been activated/registered.
