For some reason I find myself unable to create a ticket so I am left with the comments section here.
(1) Thim Top Author widget is not working on site, just blank space,
(2) How do I change the way posts are displayed on the author page? It is list style and I am looking for a grid style yet I cannot find where do I modify it,
(3) Floating column – on the main page columns are floating, i.e. if one column is shorter than the other, it is moving up and down when scrolling. Same happens in the sidebar. How can I make it work – I want to make a column floating on one of my pages.
(4) Thim Mega Menu breaks when i put 0 posts to be shown,
(5) Occasionally the logo is hidden behind the menu bar (https://prnt.sc/ryn9d9)
(6) When i set post excerpt to 0 words, there are still dots being shown. Can this be removed? (https://prnt.sc/ryna6j)
(7) The icon on the tab is not changing to the one that is defined. It is still the default one (https://prnt.sc/rynbls)

First, it was supposed to be completed in 7 days. Then, in 12 days. We are 3 months (!) after schedule now and very simple customization work is not completed at all. What is more, typical issues that should be solvable within support are not solved as well. I have a long list of back and forth emails with your support guy, with tons of empty promises that the work will be completed and nothing more than that.
Please proceed with the reimbursement of the money. I am just sick and tired with the whole process.

How can you change the color of the hyperlinks in text? I don’t see that option without custom CSS.

The in article hyperlinks. Right now they are black so they get somewhat hidden. I would like to change them to blue.

When reader click on any post, the post is loaded with an iframe loading another external link). There will be a fixed header sticky at the top. This is similar to themeforest, stumbleupon, travelog etc.

I am facing so many problem with this theme as having the website fully optimized its taking so much time to load the categories i tried installing other theme and tried its working very fast its not even taking a single sec to load but when its this theme its taking like 7 sec to load

I understand that there are galleries. I understand that I can easily create a gallery or portfolio.
I also know that I can add an ad to the theme. I noticed that someone was asking about the gallery and I wanted to drop my point of view.
I just pointed out that when a potential reader browses a gallery or a photo does not see any advertising. It’s a waste for the editor. You make a great motive – you should be the first to draw your attention to this, and what the authors of editorial themes do not care about.
