Full width background color is not working on journal theme 2 for desktop header compact. I am changing it and it does not take into effect.
Hi, the same header is used in Demo 11 and the fullwidth background works fine, we’d need to take a look at your setup to determine what’s going on, please file a ticket on our support page and consult with our developers.

Same is the case with journal demo1. I think I am doing something wrong. Can you please guide from where I can change the full background color of main menu that is blue in demo 1.
The Classic header is different from the Compact, but look in Journal > Header > Classic > Main Menu > General > Desktop Menu Bar > Fullwidth Background.
Are there any video tutorials etc? just installed but seems very confusing to use and documentation is not very clear?

I have used your theme for a long time and iam have been very happy with it but for some reason i started to get errors. This is the error code i get.

I have tryed going back on a backup for the database but it didnt work. i need this fixed as fast as possible.
i tryed to do a support ticket but it was saying that my support was expired so i bought a new one and it still says the same thing.
and i didnt do anything. i woke up and the errors where there. i cant find that i did something to cause this. My shop has alot of customers so i lose alot of sales because of this.

Journal Filter does not load in sidebar in Manufacturer Page.
For example, if I click on a manufacturer, a manufacturer page with his products is coming up, but no filters are showing in sidebar (etc. category, price, attribute) within the product list.
Is this a bug or is Journal custom filter mechanism cannot support its?
Hi, Go to Design > Layouts > Manufacturer and make sure route is set to product/manufacturer% (note the % at the end of it) and your issue will be solved after.

Hello, I have problem with paypal express checkout and opencart 3.0.3.2. The error message is Error: There was an error fetching the PayPal token payment/<@https://www.mydomain.com/catalog/view/theme/journal3/lib/jquery/jquery-2.1.1.min.js?v=3.0.46 line 2 > eval:22:21 promise_ZalgoPromise. Hi, Opencart changed Paypal API from v.3.0.3.1 and one page checkouts like ours do not work anymore with Paypal payments, consider using the default Opencart checkout in order to avoid such issues. You can activate the default Opencart checkout from Journal > Skin > Checkout.

i dont even have this settings enabled in the system settings on journal

i have updated theme and still getting this error in error logs and sometimes my website front page says 500 internal error i dont even use this in thejournal 3 settings and dont have them installed server side so not sure why its trying to use this

Is there any option to auto clear cache ?
Hi, there is no such option and cache is automatically cleared whenever making changes in admin, but if you want to manually clear it, delete storage/cache folder.

I have an idea for future version. We implemented Journal and added a second language. Now we need to upgrade the site to the client and all translated languages I cannot export and import into new versions. Somehow if you can implement for the future a way to export all language based stuffs from the interface/content and import back (even if you can do backward compatible. Also if you can maybe do a listing page of all stuffs which is language related to list it and easyer translate in one place. Also if I have a demo installed and I add a second language, the pictures are not copied to second language and if I switch to second language I see no pictures. The bad part is if I delete english cause then I do not know in any circumstance what was the english data.
Hi, there is no such possibility unfortunately, you’ll have to access various places in order to translate things, we’ll think of a way to improve this but we cannot promise anything at this point.

I think you can easily manage those one at least which is come with your demo, like newsletters messages, contact form, included in basic demo. Of course it will be much harder to implement if we add something there. But there are a tons of default values what you have in english. At least those can be marked up by you and then just list those. An another way is to put near translations a checkmark and people then can just mark to be listed on a trabnslation page for future. It is sometimes hard to find where it is hidden a text message. We do a modification, translation, but client want to modify something, is hard to remember where it was hidden.
