Do you have a paid installation on the server?
Yes, all themes on ThemeForest have an optional paid installation. You will receive this option at time of purchase. There is a green “Install Theme” OPTION which allows you to receive paid help to instal the theme and demo data.
That being said we include directions on how to do this and it is super easy. So we usually recommend users at least attempt this before paying for any additional services. Our demo importer for example is a one click importer. You just click one button to import all the demo data.

Hi! I’ve been using this theme for about 2 years, and it’s great! I have a question regarding size of thumbnails. The thumbnails in the podcast page/homepage are getting cut. Is there a way to change the proportions and avoid it getting cut? I’ve changed the minimum-height to different values, but wasn’t able to have the thumbnails not being cut.
Also, is there a way to update the theme automatically?

Yes, these boxes are set to a minimum height, not a fixed width/height. Therefore the image will bet set to a fixed height and adjust the width automatically as the browser width changes and column count changes. Adjusting the column number OR the minimum height will adjust the size of the background image.

1) Yes, you can create multiple podcasts.
2) Sorry but that is not possible. If you are looking for a third party plugin, I would check codecanyon.net but I am not aware of any that can achieve that.

Yes/no. You can use hosted files with our theme like libsyn, however all feeds would be controlled via our theme. So you would use libsyn just for hosting your files. Please note that we do have an importer tool if you want to import your libsyn feed to keep all your existing content. I saw previous posts that you could lighten in Appearance > Customize. But I have gone in. Made it transparent, removed transparency. Made a white background, removed white background. NOTHING

Preorder Question. The design of megabyte is very nice, even a bit better than the soundbyte. But for me it is too dark. Is it possible to get the megabyte not in the dark mode? The colours more like soundbyte?

I have one quick question. i have RSS URL for podcast. Can i import podcast from that it will add mp3 and images , title and description?
The theme will automatically generate an RSS feed for you. If you already have an existing RSS feed, you can use that instead. However the site will not import from an RSS feed automatically if that is what you are asking.

Hi, I just bought this theme, and I only did so because a previously answered question indicated that pre-existing podcast feeds could be incorporated into this theme. However, it’s been hours and I’m not closer to figuring anything out. I do not want to import my podcast to a new host, I’m simply trying to build an individual site for a podcast that will remain hosted elsewhere. To make matters worse, when I went to the site listed for support, the theme isn’t even listed to submit a ticket!! Was this false advertising? Did I just waste my money AND my time?
Yeah, you can host your audio or video files at any location. Simply link to your existing feed when creating a podcast instead of uploading the audio. The documentation will be exactly the same, the only difference being what file you link to in the one field for audio/video files.

Having issues with more than two series showing. It is only allowing the first two to show. Is this something I can adjust?
