In case that the payments are done with Card, at the Admin back-end the transaction is still with status “Pending” and need to be manually approved and there is no bulk action for this. Is there any way to bulk approve transaction as in case of 100+ transaction will be quiet difficult to open every transaction to approve

Hi, in every restaurant page the theme show only delivery details, and if the restaurant just do pickup do not show any details.

Hi Anna, I want to pre-register restaurant/publisher and invite them to claim or view their free listing via a specific email template, explaining that they have been pre-selected and registered on our website for free and if they happy to join us, they can start creating their profiles. I’ve been encountering some erratic behavior on email notifications. Without changing any settings and just doing a couple of test orders, there are some orders which do not send any emails like “order received”. Its troubling because I wouldn’t want this to happen when the platform is already rolled out to my customers.
Hope you can advise a wayforward for this and how I can fix this and test out the entire process so I can be 100% sure that all new orders will notify the customers.
Hi @ juangab , You are having troubles since you tried to import twice on one installation that duplicated the settings and email templates. Your Ticket #706669 is already under consideration and will be replied accordingly after troubleshoot.

Hello, we are working on a food delivery system, and we require a panel for each driver, to monitor his orders, to do so, we plan to use the WooCommerce API but I’ve noticed that the plugin that manages “Orders/Inquiries”, which is supposedly using WooCommerce, is either deleting or hiding the actual WooCommerce order, this way we can’t see the order through the Woo-API.
p.s. Somehow an Order ended up in the WooCommerce/orders section, which is NOT visible in the “Orders/Inquiries” section or Restaurant panel for the restaurant… The order number is #15923 and the next and previous orders for that Restaurant are #15969 and #15917… definitely a BUG, but how can we replicate it. Or is there a way to enable the WooCommerce Orders? All we need is the node.JS API,
Hi @ emilpavloff , Foodbakery theme have its own full ordering system and woo commerce have its own ordering system with less and incomplete information in relation to the wp-foodbakery plugin. . Woo commerce will generate order id according to his own post type and order id that may vary from that of the built in custom post type. Theme is using woocommerce plugin to pay via woocommerce payment gateways. You can enlist developer’s help for new integrations.

Hi @ red011076 , You can use radius option to show restaurants that lies with in that radius. You need to create a Google billing account to pay to utilize google maps and Autocomplete features.. Hi @ ruy-kg , Page update are related with WordPress 5.0.x update’s new page builder “Gutenberg” which is not compatible with theme.
You can install ”Classic Editor” plugin to use previous editor of wordpress to make it work fine. Dashboard / plugins / add new plugin / Install Classic Editor plugin

Can you please add the Client Order address tag for EMAIL TEMPLATES as there is no info sent to confirm delivery address. Something like [ORDER_USER_ADDRESS] to display the address for the order and ORDER_USER_NUMBER to display phone number ? Please let me know if this can be done
