j’ai énormément de soucis également avec ce thème depuis son achat il y a quelques jours, pourtant mon hébergement OVH n’a aucun problème de mise à jour PHP 7.3 etc. OK. J’ai dû supprimer complètement mon site pour tout recommencer car trop de bug depuis l’installation de ce thème. De plus vous ne répondez pas aux questions : Pourquoi le thème plante le site ? pourquoi le plugin Wp bakery refuse de s’installer ? y-a-t-il une traduction en français? il des pages obsolètes alors que votre thème a été mis à jour récemment etc. impossible de vous joindre sur votre numéro whatApps. LA SEULE SOLUTION RESTE UN REMBOURSEMENT ?

I have already contacted you guys several times without success. I have recently purchased this theme but i am really not satisfied. I thought i could customize the theme exact the way i see as in the live demo i could see in presale.. but that is totally not true.. I really want my money back because this is not what i would have bought if i knew… and yes i have questioned you before purchase.

We have updated the latest release but the ‘Basket Empty’ issue still exists. The parent theme is updated. Still no impact. Can you let me know what I’m missing

How you are checking the functionality is not given in theme. User cant proceed with out getting register / login in to the system. Incase you need a new functionality to proceed order with out login you can contact any developer / freelancer to create that out on your request.

Please, import is not complete. Import went ok, but I can’t see any restaurant in front end, in backend there are.
Make sure to set correct expiry date and status as active to show on frontend.

I don’t think you’re gonna add that option in theme, do you ? It’s been 2 months since I asked about quantity option before adding product to cart, and so many other users asked about it but still no progress

Hi, I am seeking some urgent answers to these questions please!
1. Does FoodBakery have an option to list businesses that would not need pick up or delivery. For example a business like a cake maker where they would need to do a custom quote for a customer so a pick up/delivery option is not likely to work for them. Can some food businesses have a pick up/delivery option whilst others do not but can still be listed with all the usual features?
2. Is it possible to use both the package/subscriptions AS WELL as a commission system on orders or is it just one or the other?

1. Yes, Its your will either you want to add price in delivery and pickup fee option. If you will not add any price it will not showup on frontend.
2. Commission is integrated inside packages. You can enable or disable depending upon the type of package you want to set.
3. Admin will receive payment first, after that restaurant user can withdraw payment via his account. later admin will transfer payment manually to the restaurant outside website.
- refund and paid directly option is not given in theme.

Restaurant user will only send the withdrawal request as i mention. Admin will receive with drawl request and he will later transfer the payment manually. Hope this is clear now.

Nature of queries depends upon the skills and technical knowledge of each user using theme. Only those queries are referred as custom work which are not the part of theme or require modifciation in code.
