Do you have a demo backend to test the theme? Or at least a manual? Does your filters also have a range filter (values from….to – like prices of a building). Are the descriptions flexible? I’m a fan of ListingPro and I’d like to buy it immediately however there is just one thing that keeps slowing me down whenever I come to a decision and that is the available payment gateway methods.
So far, it looks like Stripe and PayPal and a couple others are integrated but from this part of the World, it is hard for a local business to accept payment via any of these payment methods so in a nutshell, here are my simple questions:
1) Can you integrate the Paystack Payment gateway for me in the application? The documentation can be found here: https://developers.paystack.co/reference
2) If yes, would there be an extra cost? If yes, how much please?
3) If questions 1 & 2 is resolved, would future updates to the ListingPro theme affect the custom payment gateway implementation?
4) Is there a way to export and import listings from a lower version of ListingPro?
I’d love to contact the team directly but it looks like I need to have a purchase code before I could do that so I decided to ask my questions here.
It would be great to have a response ASAP!

We have a good news! There is already official Paystack Payment Gateway available to purchase.

If you purchase official add-ons by ListingPro then it will be supported. If you get custom integration outside that we cannot guarantee or provide support.
4) Is there a way to export and import listings from a lower version of ListingPro?
WP All Import only supported for Importing Listings. Why do you want to Export/Import from old to new version? You can simply update ListingPro to the new version.

I actually want to commend the entire Cridio team on the tremendous work and effort put together so far to make this super great theme to help relief the hassles of creating and powering directory websites.
I have few observations though:
Preloader – This feature is missing since the launch of the theme. Simple preloaders “Please wait…”, “Loading…”, “17% (i.e counting from 0% – 100%)” or some thing more nicer to keep users entertained and not bored which could help in keeping them on the site and reducing bounce rates. I know this could be very much achieved with the help of a plugin but keeping too many of them may break (and/or affect the speed of) the theme.
Internal Messaging System – The design is really not attractive, yet too colourful, tt even breaks the texts in the container and not at all good on all devices. You could redesign it to have just a very simple look like that of Gmail.
Menu Rearranging – Hmmm this I feel should be optional though but for the non-techies like me, you should make this to be simple to do for us to be able to rearrange the user’s front-end menus to avoid altering the codes which may result to breaking the theme.
Font Awesome – I want to suggest that you make this a drop-down menu for users to be able to select icons from instead of clicking on the link to redirect them to the Font Awesome’s website. Most of these end users are not techies and barely knows what to do on that website.
Events (Display In) – This option seem confusing. For example, admin only adds the event widget in the Sidebar Area and end user chooses to display the event(s) in the Content Area, will the event show or what would be the result instead?
I usually do not like the idea of making these kind of suggestions here in the comments section but since there seem to be no other option, so pardon me, and I hope that you would consider working the above in the nearest future releases.

My partner had long reported the issues using the above link and I did too after running several tests. She told me she also gave you feedback on the present version via Facebook, perhaps you should check the messages. And what I am trying to get now is if the said coming update is for the Paystack plugin or the theme in general.
Paystack update is also coming and we are doing internal QA as well. Our team will review and fix the issues if they are reported and the team is able to validate it.
That is fine and we will have our fingers crossed in expectation of a completely configured plugin this time. Till then, keep up the good work.

Please download and update ListingPro v2.5.9 (Theme and Plugin) and then update the Paystack v1.3
There was some important changes made in the theme to support Paystack features.
We updated not too long but the issues still persists and I have just sent a mail with login credentials to see what the possible cause and fix can be, and I hope that this would be promptly attended to. Thanks.

This is good news. Though I have been away for quite a while but checked today and just updated the theme while I am finding it difficult to log in to download the Paystack plugin from the site. I even tried the option of resetting the password which was successful but it still would not let me in even with the new password. What do you suggest that I do? Thanks.

I did as described above and I was able to sign in now, download and upload the plugin on to the website having updated the theme to its latest version but the issue still persists.
Please see Ticket #: 46091, and for God’s sake, fix the bugs or issues in the plugin because it really annoys whenever we get updates and builds hope on it but gets the same old result.

There are Pay Per Click (PPC) or Pay Per Day (PPD) options for Ad Campaign Feature.

ListingPro is a directory solution and designed to be a job board. But we do have Inbox feature which allows to receive Leads (With Lead Form Builder you can create custom forms) and the leads can go to the user dashboard.
With the new Lead Form Builder you can build a custom lead form that is global (applies to all listings) as per your requirement. Even the listing owners can build their specific custom lead forms.

Yes, OpenStreetMaps is now included to display maps. Only for the advance location search features, you will need a Google Maps API.

You can use the Ads Campaign feature and promote only the listings that you need to have label and change the label from ADS to FEATURED or something else. But you can only have one label.

First thing i want to clarify is that ListingPro is an end-to-end WordPress Directory solution and not a marketplace solution.
What kind of calendar are you referring to? Events Calendar, Appointments Calendar or something else. Please try to give some real examples to better explain your use case so we can guide you better.

1. It allows you to customize in the sense you can control what can be displayed or not. You can also use a simple built-in drag and drop Listing details page layout manager inside Theme Options. But you cannot use Page Builders like WPBakery or Elementor to customize the listing details page.
2. Yes you can add a Virtual Tour into the description box as it supports html.

Yes you can limit to one city. Just add only one city manually (don’t use google locations) and hide location (where) option from search bar.

Hello team I have bought this theme for a long time and from what I see it has interesting advances. I want to ask two questions alone.
1. I see that in the category of restaurants you have put an option like adding a link that I imagine takes you to a delivery website like Uber eats …. and from there make the order. This is so? Can this option be applied to any category or only in restaurants?
2. How do I update to the new version? Do you have documentation for it?

Sorry currently we do not have such plans. We do allow you to link to online ordering services like Uber Eats, GrubHub, etc. Normally restaurants will prefer listing their site on popular online ordering services and manage it centrally.
