Please help! Im editing your “Chariton – NonProfit Charity WordPress Theme” and Im not seeing any “Reply” or “Comment Box” in the blog section. Also the create new event part of your theme is not working. Im not able to create new events.

Hi, Thanks for contact with us. It’s not a problem that you are thinking about it. we use the Elementor Page Builder to create the Causes post so you need to enable the Elementor post type permission. please check the attached screenshot. we hope it solves your problem.

Mobile menu version color change option is not available on our theme you need to do it manually. if you need to change the color very urgent please send us your color code with your website link via our support email we send you the custom code to temporarily solve the issue otherwise you need to wait until we update the next version.

The theme is not holding changes to the colors or sections when I update them. It’s also not uploading the sliders to the pages and giving broken links.

I’ve tried to edit the color scheme several times and it varies from page to page or doesn’t stay. I’ve also attempted numerous times to update the footer and it’s not staying either. The sliders didn’t import with the demo download either. I haven’t even began to touch the other content because I can’t get the basics to stay in place.

I had to re-install the theme, but it’s still doing the same thing with the slider, it’s saying the slider associated with the demo doesn’t exist. You can see on the home page: https://beyondthemarchindy.org/
Hi, You need to import the slider demo content separately. Slider demo content does not import automatically.
Fist, go to your Dashboard -> Slider Revolution and import slider demo data inside the sample folder that you already download from Themeforest.

I go in and update the information on the events page, but when I go in and open up the link to go to the event title it takes me to a details page that still has the demo content on it. Even when I’ve erased and replaced it. Why doesn’t it re-populate with the new content I’ve added? For instance, when you go to https://beyondthemarchindy.org/our-events/ and click on the first event (Trying Together) it takes you here: https://beyondthemarchindy.org/event/trying-together/ but when I look at the edited page it has the content I added, not the Lorem ipsum space holder content and demo images. Its not updating with my content at all.

Hi, We use the Elementor page builder to create the event page so first, you need to enable permission to edit the event page using Elementor.

Hi, Thanks for your reply. It, not the case if you purchase our theme you need to purchase the Premium plugins. Most of the WordPress theme comes with some premium plugins. When you purchase & install the theme you are not able to activate the license key but everything is working fine. If you want to use any Premium features of the plugin then you need to purchase a single license.
