Hello! Is it possible to edit the registration forms? I need to inlcuye and exclude some elements.

Hello there,

Thank you for your interest in our theme. Yes, we can customize registration form using custom code.

Let us know if you have any other questions or need further help.

Thanks, Farook

Got 2 pre-sale questions:

1. Can I hide for non-registered users the profile/company information even name?

2. Are we able to add subscription plans to the registration page?

Hello there,

Thank you for your interest in our theme.

1. By default, there is no option to hide companies from non-registered users. You can try any third-party redirection plugin to force the non logged-in users to register/login page.

2. Our theme is compatible with WooCommerce Subscription plugin. Here is the list of compatible plugins with our theme: https://docs.madrasthemes.com/jobhunt/topics/set-up-job-manager-pages/extensions-compatibility/

Let us know if you have any other questions or need further help.

Thanks, Farook

Hi, I’m interested in your theme. Is it possible that the employer adds a city / location and additional “remote” tag/ category? The candidate should be able to filter by “remote”, and preferably this tags is displayed next to “full time” etc tags. thank you

And a second question, which map APIs do you use, only the Google Maps?

Hello there,

Hi Ibrahim, a few questions for you if you don’t mind please.

1. Is it possible to change the text in the ‘Job Overview’ section on the job single page? For example, if used a plugin to insert custom fields as metadata, would I be able to get these to view in the ‘Job Overview’ section? I understand the section currently uses taxonomies but I don’t want to use these as the field information will be different for each job listing (.e.g a reference number or the hiring managers name).

2. Is it possible to assign the each ‘Company’ their own banner image?

3. If the answer to the above is yes, is it possible to have this banner image also automatically assigned to the single job pages belonging to them?

Thanks

Hello again,

1. Please add this custom PHP code to your child theme’s functions.php to display custom fields in “Job Overview”.

https://gist.github.com/yousufansa/5ac06d291cd5ba10cdf24bdcfda6b8e0

2. Please add this custom PHP code to your child theme’s functions.php to add individual banner for each company.

https://gist.github.com/yousufansa/6c71372a1734ca9d2f7745e05ae3720b

Hope this helps. Let us know if you have any other questions or need further help.

Hi Farook,

Thanks a lot for sending the code through, I know it’s still early days but this is some of the best support I’ve recieved from theme developers, so thanks a lot for that!

I’ve inserted the code as instructed and have three followups:

1.1. This works, however, is there a way I can get the image to auto-stretch to cover the screen width as opposed to repeat itself? I know the quality might go down when upscaling images, but that shouldn’t be a problem.

1.2. Is there a way to insert custom banners in the single job pages as well?

2. The custom code isn’t working. I’ve tried creating custom fields via both the “Custom Fields” section at the bottom of a Job Listing and have also tried creating custom fields in WPJM Field Editor (3rd party plugin) but neither are working. Please could you double check the code is still working?

Thanks again for all the support, Guvy

Hello, From the backend, is it possible that a user as an employer can only have access to the jobs that it publishes? Since currently from the backend I have access to all the published works of all the companies.

Hello there,

Thank you for reaching us. A user will only have access to the jobs he created. Can you please clarify how you concluded that all jobs are visible for the user?

Thanks, Ibrahim

Hello when there is two ways to apply with my resume one is a short form aside and the other is a complete form, the small one is attach to the backend for the employers review it but the big one (the complete form) is not attach to the applied specific job… is any way to save the big form and be attached like the small form?

Hello there,

Thank you for purchasing our theme and for reaching us. If you want to have resumes attached to job applications, you’ll need to use Resume Manager plugin which is part of WP Job Manager core add-on.

Hope this answers your question. Let us know if you have any other questions.

Hello there,

Thank you for purchasing our theme and for reaching us. Home pages in Jobhunt are built using page templates. ( Ref: https://docs.madrasthemes.com/jobhunt/topics/set-up-pages/home-v1/home-v1-via-page-template/ ). This means there will be no content in the text editor area or visual composer backend editor. The content is loaded from the template file and are configurable via page options meta-box that are present below the editor ( Ref: https://docs.madrasthemes.com/jobhunt/topics/set-up-pages/home-v1/home-v1-via-page-template/#home-v1-page-options ). This makes sure that the home pages are independent of page editors.

However, you can also build the home pages using King composer or Elementor. For example, you can build home v1 by following the instructions given here: https://docs.madrasthemes.com/jobhunt/topics/set-up-pages/home-v1/home-v1-via-king-composer/ or here for Elementor: https://docs.madrasthemes.com/jobhunt/topics/set-up-pages/home-v1/home-v1-via-elementor/

Instructions for King Composer: You need to paste the code given in the documentation into your child editor to generate the page using King Composer. Here is a video on how to paste the VC code from the documentation into your page: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mIsMoJmhKVo

Instructions for Elementor : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PkC5g_S-Vok

2. The theme is translatable and we have included all the strings with the pot file. You can use a plugin like loco translate to translate the theme into your language. You can find instructions here : https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-localization/#section-5

https://prnt.sc/sm8nnc – is WPJM text https://prnt.sc/sm8nco – WooCommerce text https://prnt.sc/sm8n4u – WPJM/Jobhunt text

If you need help with translations please let us know and we’ll help.

Hope this answers your question. Let us know if you have any other questions.

Thanks, Ibrahim

I have used Loco translate and I can’t find it. Where can I find in code or translate it in another way: http://prntscr.com/sm8n4u http://prntscr.com/sm8nco http://prntscr.com/sm8nnc

Hi, i have some pre-sales questions.

1. Can i use WPJM-Fields-Editor, WPJM-emails, WPJM—pakages, WPJM-visibility which is selling on https://plugins.smyl.es

2. Can i use ultimate member plugin for login?

Hello there,

Thank you for your interest in our theme. To answer your questions :

1. Yes, our theme is compatible with those plugins. If you are facing issues with compatibility, you can reach out to us and we’ll help resolve.

2. You can but needs additional styling for forms, etc.

3. I am not sure if I understand this question. However I think this is related to the plugin and not the theme itself

4. Our shop page is the same as you can see in demo. You can use our King Composer or Elementor elements to add subscription products from WooCommerce.

Hope this answers your question. Let us know if you have any other questions.

Thanks, Ibrahim

Thanks for reply,

I think i need to clearfy No.3 question.

What i’m trying to do is add more sidebar filters on job page.

1. Can i add taxonomies without custom code?

2. Does sidebar only works with taxonomies?

Hello there,

Thank you for purchasing our theme and for reaching us.

1, 2. You’d need to use custom code for additional taxonomies and filters. We can help with that.

Also how can I edit this input in Woocomerce field addnitional informations? http://prntscr.com/sfwy0s
also how to change this color?: http://prntscr.com/sfwz4h

Hello there,

Thank you for purchasing our theme and for reaching us. The theme is translatable and we have included all the strings with the pot file. You can use a plugin like loco translate to translate the theme into your language. You can find instructions here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-localization/#section-5

If you are having issues with the translations, please email our support with your WP admin details and we’ll look into the issue.

The checkout fields are generated by WooCommerce and not by the theme itself. The checkout fields are however configurable. You can add/edit/remove the fields using custom code by following the instructions here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/tutorial-customising-checkout-fields-using-actions-and-filters/ or use a third-party plugin like this: https://wordpress.org/plugins/woo-checkout-field-editor-pro/

To change the color of this section title please use this custom CSS:

.page-template-template-homepage-v3 .job-search-block .section-title {
    color: #bb0000;
}

Please add this custom CSS to Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS.

Hope this helps. Let us know if you have any other questions or need further help.

Thanks, Ibrahim

Hi author,

I need shortcode to create all categories page

I want to create a page containing all jobs categories list. I need shortcode to achieve the task.

Best regards.

Hello there,

Thank you for getting back. All categories have their own archive page. You don’t have to create them separately.

For Job Categories, you can use this King Composer block: https://docs.madrasthemes.com/jobhunt/topics/king-composer-elements/job-categories-block/ or Elementor Element: https://docs.madrasthemes.com/jobhunt/topics/elementor/elementor-elements/job-categories-block/

Hope this helps. Let us know if you have any other questions or need further help.

Thanks, Ibrahim

Okay, i need a link to all categories achieve page.

The reason i need it is that i want to add it to the browse all categories action link.

Best regards.

Hello again,

Thank you for getting back. If you are looking for a page with all the archive links, you can use create a new page from Pages > Add New and then use Elementor or King Composer block that I shared with you earlier.

For individual categories, you can access the archive link from the Job categories page in the admin panel.

Hope this clarifies. Let us know if you have any other questions or need further help with the theme.

Thanks, Ibrahim

Hello,

thank you for this theme – we wish to make purchase – can you please inform me:

1) we will adapt this for Jobs theme- can we load a list of company /import companies – as excel or xl file with their logos and emails to ensure a preloaded list is included?

2) On Ads type – is there a pay per click option? – For instance can an employer create a Job Ad – and only pay when potential candidate pay on the Job Ad? – I can see you have a bidding option but do not see an option for paying only when someone clicks – {for example on LinkedIn a company creates a link – and only pays when a potential interested party clicks – the company is paying per click.

3) Is there private communication between employers and employees?

4) can we work on the Job Theme from elementor / wordpress ?

Thank you we await your kind response,

thank you

Hello there,

Thank you for your interest in our theme.

1. Our theme does not have option to import companies.

2. We can achieve paid listings using WC Paid Listings plugin however pay per click feature is not available.

3. WP Job Manager doesn’t include any sort of messaging systems. Once an application has been sent, employers will reach out to candidates via email.

4. Yes, our theme is compatible with Elementor.

Let us know if you have any other questions or need further help.

Thanks, Farook

HI author I have 2 questions to ask and it is very important.

1. “Showing all 21 jobs”

How can I remove the above number of jobs showing up from the top of search area, in sense that it will be displaying only (Showing all jobs).

So i don’t want number to be there when user search for the jobs, it will be displaying (Showing all jobs) without numbers.

The reason I want to remove it is that i don’t have much of jobs and i don’t want job seeker to know total number of jobs in the site for now.

2. How can i remove or disable number of jobs showing up from specialism, job types, skills etc from the sidebar?

Sample1 below contain the way it now but I wan to remove the number of jobs showing in-front of them so that it will be like sample2

sample1:

specialism

Information Technology (4)
Construction (2)

job types Temporary (5) Full Time (5)

Skills Punctuation (1) Web Designer (2)

But I want it to be like sample2 below

sample2:

specialism

Information Technology
Construction

job types Temporary Full Time

Skills Punctuation Web Designer

Please I really need this option argently because I don’t have much of jobs in the website directory and I don’t want users to know the total number of jobs in any of category and entire site. Because if either the employer or candidate knows that there is no much of jobs available, it will be driving them out of the site.

Best regards.

I can’t hear from your concerning my recent question.

Hi

1) Instead of contact e-mail can I select contact form when after apply a job? Because better not showing full e-mail address because of SPAM.

2) If I want to have payments for add new job offer then I need to buy WooCommerce addon for $39, right?

3) How can I remove search box on homepage?

4) I have added a new job offer, but it doesnt show in “latest offers” in homepage, what can be reason?

Hello there,

Thank you for reaching us.

1. If you use Ninja form, Contact form 7 or Gravity Form with Contact Listing plugin is alternative method of WP Job Manger Application plugin. You can use it without WP Job Manger Application plugin. The above plugins only send email to employer.

You can edit homepage elements on Jobhunt homepage options. Please refer the following documentation link to build homepage with different methods : https://docs.madrasthemes.com/jobhunt/topics/set-up-pages/home-v1/

2. Please refer the following documentation link to create job packages and configure WC Paid Listings: https://wpjobmanager.com/document/woocommerce-paid-listings/

Let us know if you have any other questions or need further help.

Thanks, Farook

What is short code for latest offers not featured offers like here: [jobs featured=”true” per_page=”20” show_filters=”false”]

What should I put to show latest offers?

2. How can I add bigger logo?

Hello there,

1) [jobs per_page=”12” show_filters=”false”] Here is the WP Job Manger shortcode reference documentation link : https://wpjobmanager.com/document/shortcode-reference/
