bonjour, j’ai mit des liens personnalisé dans le menu avec des #nom-id que j’ai par la suite ajouter au id des sections dans les pages donc des ancres. Mais cela ne marche pas avec thème? Comment faire ? En gros dans les sous menu nous voulons qu’on arrive sur un endroit precis de la page avec les liens personnalisé. MERCI

Your login issue is probably connected to an overload on the Envato authentication API, due to the recent WP 5.5 update that is appearing to be problematic for almost any existing theme and update.

Good morning Sir, and thanks for your kind words. To update the theme, we strongly suggest the bundled plugin Envato Market: after a quick setup, each update will take just a click.
It will save you the long procedure of an FTP update, and will save you from the classic possible FTP issues such as connection interruptions or wrong file permissions.

One other problem I’ve got is that I appear to have lost my Home 04 Magazine page from your demo import! I want to use this for my News page, but on looking for it through my wp pages it doesn’t appear!! How would you suggest I retrieve this page? Do I need to upload the entire demo site again? Although that might wipe my existing site out!! Can you advise how I may get this page back into my wp site.

Thank you so much for building such a amazing theme . i have been using this for the last 3 months . now i am having an issue. the WPBuilder seems not working and i use a direct edit.

You should please open the console and take a screenshot of any error you see in the javascript debug section of the chrome developer tools. Also, those issues are often caused by third party plugins, so if yo urecently installed or updated any third party plugin, that may be causing this problem. You may want to try disabling plugins not provided by the theme, and that may help.

Thanks for the screenshot. The issue is caused b a plugin: wp autoptimize, which is compressing and changing your javascript, preaking the funcitonality.

Sir you have issues caused by cache and plugins. Of course you disable it and nothing changes, as this is the main principle of caching. The information can be stored in wordpress, in the server, in a CDN and in your browser. Your issue is not caused by our theme, and also, you don’t have a valid support license, so I’m not able to help you anyfurther, i’m sorry Sir. I can only suggest you to be extremely sure to clear every layer of cache and disable EVERY thidrd party plugin, then make several tests about this.

Hi. In your documentationit says as you can import both demos. After I imported both demos the default and the shop one, I believe there are duplicates. Is that tru? I mean if I only imoort the default demo, I will ahve the shop one as well?
Also I installed only the default demo, but can’t see the shop integrated
I think I understood now. The shop demo has integrated the deafult one as well
A good feature would be for the shopping cart within the user account to have a return tab, where the user can see the returned items process

1) I’m very sorry if our words have been ambiguous. I think it was a misinterpretation of https://prnt.sc/scsakh: yes you can import both demos, but not on the same site, as the prior key requirement is to have a fresh site.
if you did already, and want to reset the site (restoring a new wp installation) you can use this plugin:

3) Can you please detail more your last point? It sounds interesting but can’t actually understand in full your concept. We are always trying to improve the product, so actually any customer feedback is very valuable for us.

I see, but this is not managed by thew theme, this is pure WooCommerce. The theme only sets colors and fonts while the functionality is entirely managed by the plugin.
I need to say it again. I am working for years now with wordpress platforms, and I very rarely catch a theme like this. It’s so well built with a tone of options and possiblities to do whatever business you have. This team is friking good. Thx guys for such a creation. Maybe other will ask why it’s so frking good? Well, the structure of the page or the layout/frame it’s look like something standard, but in reality it has something which right now I can’t describe. I mean it’s everyhing. The colors, Menus, Fonts, does allow you to get 100% out of this page and push your business to the next level with neat design.

We never tested it, sorry, you shouldn’t have problems actually, but you may need to manually change some button colors probably.
Alright thank you i think i can handle that, another thing is my company wants to have a heavy blogging function with the theme, the author box seems not to be displaying the author social links(icons), and the author box doesnt display on the author page, it just displays on the post but without social icons. when you click on the author name to view the author page you will just see list of posts by the author without the author box at the top. Also is there a way to extend similar posts to more than 2
Hi, I know there are the social icon text fields, but they are part of the framework and the theme doesn’t display them in the frontend, is simply not a theme function.
But we can improve the author page, adding a custom header with the bio and the socials.
Will add this note for the next theme version, which will be out in a few days. Thanks for the hint!
Alright that will be great. You really have an awesome theme here. I would recommend one other thing, An FAQ based – Question and Answer function. You dont need to write that from scratch, just adjust the theme to be compatible with a couple of the Q&A plugin out there. the function will be great for product support. the most popular of the plugins that is still supported is DW Question and Answer.

Is there away way to use the Firwl Theme your Evenz Theme, as the firewl themes event module is not at rich as your Evenz module such as speakers etc ? How can we make the Firewl theme have all the event features for Evenz? Thanks!
Hi, I’m sorry we have no plans to bring the Evenz features on the Firwl theme for the moment. Basically the main difference is exactly the amount of event features specifically designed for the Evenz theme.
Anyway, on Evenz, you can achieve a very similar design with fonts, colors and settings, as they share the same framework.
Evenz is only missing the glitch effect which is only on Firwl.

Hello, it seems some step was not done in the right order. But don’t worry is a very simple thing to fix. Jus edit the page and select the page template Full Width. It will solve immediately the visualization mismatch.
