Thanks for writing in. This is the latest feature on our theme where you will be able to import a demo that is either made with Elementor or WPBakery plugin, so it depends on which one you would like to use. If you intend to use Elementor as your page builder then import the Elementor content.

hello I wanted information the theme supports multiple menu positions? (e.g. main menu, footer menu, social, etc.) is it possible to create new ones? by creating a new page can I choose which type of menu to insert in the header of that page?

Please note that once you assign your menu to be your main menu it will be applied to all the pages, and you can not set different menu on different pages. You do have an option within our widget area to set menu items in footer, and social icons/networks in both header and footer.

I want to edit a single product page. But I can’t find it in the theme. I created a ‘single-product.php’ file in the theme folder, but it doesn’t work. How can I customize it?

Please note that everything you can see on our demo page is showcasing all different layouts, so you can see all Product Lists and their different layouts that you will be able to achieve within the theme. As for the single product, it is a page template that cannot be customized within the theme options, as it has a fixed layout.

Hello, I want to buy Biagiotti by mikado themes. Qode Interactive has installation video of different models. But, I couldn’t find a video about the installation of this theme. I wonder if there is a detailed installation video of Biagiotti theme since I have not done this type of installation before? I also use WordPress 5.4.x version. But it is stated in your records that it is up to WordPress 5.3.x. Does this issue cause any problems in installation? Thank you,

You still haven’t answered the question I asked you. I am asking again. ’’ I use WordPress 5.4.x version. But it is stated in your software version records that it is up to WordPress 5.3.x-5.2x-5.1.x-5.0x. Does this issue cause any problems in installation? So is the installation done and will it be a problem?

Yes, you’ll get all images from our demo website imported on your installation, but it is just for presentational usage, since we bought all of our images on ShutterStock and due to copyright you’ll need to buy your own licenses for the images if you want to use the same on your website. Not necessarily does it need to be used for makeup. You are open to creating your products the way you like. So just because our demo website showcases makeup product it does not mean you must have the same. So you are free to create your own product the way you wish.

Hi! I bought your theme a couple of days ago. I installed and activated it. But yesterday there were technical problems on my site and I decided to reinstall wordpress and install the template on a clean wp. I wanted to activate it again, but the site gives an error that it is already registered on another domain. I registered it on the same domain, but without this activation, I can’t use the import button. Could you help me? I opened the ticket but didn’t get a response!

Hey. When i go to Elements Holder Item Settings (in page builder) there is padding option for some resolutions. The biggest is 1600px. So, when i’ll enter some padding for this element – on hd ready it’s ok, but on full hd (1920px) there is no padding. Because it’s only up do 1600px. I can’t build subpage properly without bigger resolution than 1600px

When importing demo page, I’m stuck at 80% and unable to move forward with numerous attempts. This is discovered by WP support – “We’re seeing the following error: “preg_replace_callback(): Requires argument 2, ‘recalc_serialized_lengths_callback’, to be a valid callback in /srv/htdocs/wp-content/plugins/biagiotti-core/core-dashboard/sub-pages/import/import.php on line 529”. Does someone have similar experience that can help? Thanks!

How do i remove background picture ? It does not show in backend editor ??

It depends on which background you refer to. Sometimes it is set on the Row, sometimes in a Slider or in a shortcode on that page.
