Please, I have opened a ticket support four days ago about a problem with the definition of the logo in responsive mode.
Is the same problem I had in other project with Phlox and I don’t know why occurs the same. I test uploading other resolutions but the result is the same. The logo is displayed with low resolution or with a degrade in its quality.
I don’t know what’s the problem but I need a quick response because my client is waiting.

On the other hand, we want to set 1 column image on blog page and there’re not the options to set it on Phlox > Aparence > as you explain in your documentation.

Does the page loading animation you have on your preiview site come with the theme? The page goes from top to botton in blue. If it does is it part of one of the plugin packs?

The loading screen (not the logo animation) but after the logo animation. The page shows from top to bottom

I see you are answering pretty quick here, so I would please inform you that I have two tickets not receveing an answer since 10 days.
While I can understand sometimes it’s possible to get overcrowded by buyers requests (it also happens to me), please note that when I’m buying a theme my client wouldn’t have the same patience and understand it. Would you mind having a look at it? Especially the one regarding portfolio.

This theme doesn´t work at all. Its a factory of bad practices and poor excuses. I feell I was robbed. They shouldnot sell this theme in this site.

The theme is extremely messed up. The support does not answer your questions. Do not be fooled by the fact that the demos look nice. I demand a refund for this rip off.

I couldn’t install Phlox Pro theme on my domain when i try to import demo give me this error.
”You already have activated this license key on another domain, please deactivate it and try again.”
I have already running this theme on one domain with same purchase item code. want to use on other domain also But
why this error coming as you mention this theme is a multipurpose theme. so item purchase code should have validate for multiple domains.
They are not going to tell me that I have to pay again to use the theme again because I ask for refunds of my money … it would be stealing people’s money!

Hi. I think there has been a misunderstanding. Please note that a multi-purpose theme is a theme that you can set up almost any kind of website with it. The term is commonly used in the WordPress community and it has nothing to do with the type of license you that ships with the theme.
I like to stress out here that we did not misinform you in any way.
Yes, the license is only intended for one main domain, We have procedures to transfer the license in case of moving to another domain but basically, one license is for one domian.

So, you buy this Phlox theme, and then you got to send the support ticket cause nothing works…. thats the idea with these guys
Buy it, then bear it, then send a ticket, then do nothing with that theme, then loose your money, then, finally, get a theme that does work

Phlox Pro is a fantastic product, but….............
the support is not up to scratch I have submitted a ticket 9 days ago, filling in the access details in the space provided. Two days later, there was a request for access. I provided it. The ticket is still open for the past 7 days. I may be quite understanding at the poor support level, but my customers may not. When you buy Phlox Pro, please be aware that you may have to wait a while for the support to arrive. MohanDear Mohan,
Thanks for your feedback and the good news is we are adding more support staff to our help center. But please note that your support has been expired 3 months ago and this means your tickets show with a low priority to our agents. Also one of your questions was about the Revolution slider which is beyond our support score, for this kind of question we try to help our customers on those cases as well but when we have time.
By the way I know our are one of our old good customers who created very nice websites with Phlox. I am sure you will see the improvement in both our support and documentation in next few months.
Also please extend your support, so we can see your tickets in our normal tickets order.
