Theme cannot be uploaded through the background. Can I upload by changing the theme’s suffix name, and can it be installed if uploading via FTP?

Hi, is it possible when product is out of stock and hide cart option is enabled, to also hide the product options section? As of now, add to cart button is hidden but product options title remains visible without options above it. Is it easy to modify the code in order to achieve this?

Hi, I’ve found a little bug using the Super Filter module. If any attribute include a comma ”,” the filter give “no results”.

Hi, not sure if that is theme related, the actual text is translated in the menu item, it may not pull the category name, check that menu item in the Journal main menu module.

We will check the zoom image and will provide a fix for it if needed.

Hi, unfortunately we’re no able to provide custom design services and migration from J2 to J3 is not really possible since J3 is a completely new and different theme. You’d have to recreate your store in the new engine from scratch.

Hello, is it possible for mobile filter to automatically close when someone makes a selection? As of now, when someone clicks on a filter, filtering is taking place with results on background, but mobile filter stays open and customer needs to close it in order to view resutls.

Hi, unfortunately, there is no such option to automatically close the filter after a filter is selected and we’re not sure it can be added at this stage.

info blocks are created in Journal > Modules > Info Blocks… And added to the products page via Journal > Product Extras > Extra Modules You should create a rule for “category” option for this. We can select product to show info block, but there are tousand of product I have to show this module. If you make option to choise category base to show this module next update its gonna be better. (EDİT: I have found it option Advanced, so we can select category sorry for trable) thanks

Hi, sure you can select any sets of products, it doesn’t have to be individual products, you can create complex rule sets to match any collection of products at once.

Hi, you’ll have to edit that relevant Title style in Journal > Styles > Title > [Active Style] > ... (looks like the Page Title) and apply a smaller font size on smaller screens via the breakpoint option.

Hello, wanted to ask, maybe I forgot to do something, but when I share a product page on viber, it does not show product’s image, only the link. I activated SEO settings for facebook open graph, twitter and google rich snippets. If I inspect source code of the page, og meta data is present, with correct title, image, description and links. Is there anything else I should check to make the product images appear after sharing a product link? Thank you

I did a research on another open graph checker and it revealed that some og tags are duplicated with different values. Can’t understand what may be the problem, why it does duplicates.. Any suggestion would help,

I think I found the problem. When I create products, I add jpg images, but the system turns them into CAPITAL JPG after caching. Is it Journal related or I should look into opencart itself?

Hi, we don’t change how files are renamed and neither Opencart should do that, check your installed extensions first.

I wish mobile menu can be change color when clicked in next update due to user friendly. Right now it is just like dead menu.

Hover is intentionally removed from mobile touch as it generates two clicks, however the active state should work for a brief effect on clicking, will look into it, please file another ticket on our support page about this.

Thanks for a great template! Still though some things need improvement, and of course I appreciate the improvements you make on the updates!

One of the things that need improvement is the management of Blog Comments ... Please provide options to sort / filter them by date and state (dis/en/abled), as it is with the Blog posts.

Another improvement would be the “Blog Post” sorting options to be saved. Now, every time they are default to “Name / Asc / 50”. Very inconvenient and cumbersome to have to set these options every single time visiting the page to the way one wants them to be!

I am using the Journal 3 demo 1 theme, in that quickview button is there. when we click on the link it will show a popup but it is blank only, images and descriptions are not loaded. The option is active in the admin panel Journal -> Skin -> Quickview. Could u please tell me is there any other change i need to do. Waiting for the reply

That is not currently possible, unfortunately. But you can use advanced rules and work with the min max quantity rules.
