Hello,

thank you for this theme – we wish to make purchase – can you please inform me: 1) For Jobs theme- can we load a list of company – as excel or xl file with thier logos and emails to ensure a pre-loaded list is included?

2) On Ads type – is there a pay per click option?- For instance can an employer create a Job Ad – and only pay when potential candidate pay on the Job Ad? – I can see you you have a bidding option but do not see an option for paying only when someone clicks – {for example on LinkedIn a company creates a link – and only pays when a potential interested party clicks – the company is paying per click.

3) Is there private communication between employers and employees?

4) can we work on the Job Theme from elementor / wordpress ?

Thank you we await your kind response,

thank you

Hey there,

With respect to the outlined questions:

1. Companies are associated with listings. What you can perhaps do is have listings imported, of which have company data within them. Here is a doc on listings importation: How do I import job postings into Jobify?

2. Unfortunately we currently do not have this feature in place.

3. Communication can be facilitated using the contact forms. An example of this is the form rendered once you click on the “Apply for job button” here: https://jobify-demos.astoundify.com/extended/job/square-web-designer/.

4. Sorry, as it currently stands Elementor is not compatible with the theme. We use widgets to render content within the theme, which replaces the need for page builders.

I hope this helps. Please feel free to reach out once again in case of any questions.

Kind Regards,

hello I have a few pre purchase questions to ask: 1. can I use this theme to set up an hourly recruitment site 2. can I make the applicants pay a fee before they can get listed on my site? 3. can I also charge the employers a subscription fee to access and view candidates profile?

Hey there,

In relation to your questions here:

1. Sorry, this would not be possible by default. It would entail some custom work to implement

2. Yes this is possible but you would need to separately purchase the Resume Manager plugin and Paid Listings plugins.

3. Yes this is possible. Here is an article on this: https://wpjobmanager.com/document/tutorial-require-an-active-job-package-to-view-resumes/. However, in addition to the plugins mentioned above, for subscriptions, you will also need the WooCommerce Subscription plugin.

I hope this information helps. Should you have any more questions, please let us know.

Hi, I’ve already sent a support ticket but there is a bug and it say I need to verify my account but I never received any confirmation email.

I’ve purchased the theme yesterday and I’m sorry but already pissed off:

1) I can’t import the demo content: a bug is occuring, it keep loading and i can’t do anything. It already crashed the website once and I needed to re-install the theme: I did it again and same problem.

2) I realize I need to pay more than 100€ a year to use your fully use all the options of your theme with WP Job Manager. Do you think it is fair when others theme for the same price works perfectly with no extra paid plugins ?

Hey there,

Sorry for the frustration.

In relation to these queries, I believe we already addressed your ticket on these.

Please feel free to reach out once again in case of any questions, within the ticket.

Is this theme supports the scheme for the job, one of the site which uses the structure data. here is the reference for Job posting https://www.offcampusfreshers.com/it-jobs-in-india/ that they have implemented neatly.. is this available in it.

Hey there,

The theme uses the same data schema as the Wp Job Manager plugin. The plugin creates Structured Data out of the box. WP Job Manager can only use whatever information you submit about a job as the information shown to Google in the structured data. I would also suggest checking into this article.

Please feel free to reach out once again in case of any questions.

Hi!

Pls tell me, ur theme have possibility to promote job offers on listing? For example if employer pay some $ his job offer will be higher (above) others.

Or maybe some “featured” job offers, if they pay some money his offer is on different color?

Hey there,

Sorry for the late reply.

In relation to your question here, yes this is possible but you will need the WC Paid Listings plugin. Here is also an article on this: https://jobify.astoundify.com/article/660-how-can-i-feature-a-job-or-resume

Hi,

I am quite new to WordPress website building and using Divi builder to create one.

Additionally also looking at launching a Recruitment Portal, which is comprehensive and without any catch includes all the functionalities inclusively, without being asked to buy plugins for petty / basic requirements.

I am looking at doing things on my own and need to understand few things:

1. Am I required to have programming skills or with just a bit of tweaking; this can be up?

2. I would look at creating different monetization packages for candidates and employers and what kind of licensing would be required for that? The licensing details (which kind of license is required to create and monetize the created packages) which I should buy? How easily it could be integrated with payment platforms?

3. Will it be compatible with Divi? Or if any site/ theme builder is provided along with this?

4. How will the back-end work in terms of approving posts/ packages etc?

5. Compatibility with other plug-ins

6. Bulk candidates and companies data upload from back-end

7. Robust back-end restrictions/ control/ approval based management system

8. Flexibility to create packages (free and paid both) with any kind of combination. etc

9. White label option?

10. What if I wish to have App Store and Android mobile apps?

11. Auto invoicing and payment reminders’ settings

12. Auto confirmation emails to candidate and comapnies for each defined landmark or in case of getting any fresh application against the posting/ fresh job posting in the interested domain Or the shortlisted jobs getting expired etc? Obviously with integration of some email client like MailChimp.

13. Social media logins?

14. Anything else, you would like to add…...

Early response would be appreciated.

Thanks….

Hey there,

Sorry for the late reply. In relation to these questions:

1. No you don’t need to have programming skills but if you need any customizations from what is provided, then you will need some programming sills.

2. For packages, you will need to use the Wc Paid Listings plugin (purchased separately).

3. The theme does not use page builders. We use widgets in our themes to build pages, for example, the home page, listing pages are controlled by custom widget areas and design elements can be arranged in any way you wish. This replaces the need for Visual Page Builder plugins.

4. The admin would need to approve the listings. Packages are automatically assigned to a user once he purchases them.

5. Please clarify on the exact plugins in reference.

6. This is possible but for the candidates feature, you will need to separately purchase and install the Resume Manager plugin.

7. The approval process is mainly on the listings themselves, just as provided by the Wp Job Manager plugin.

8. Same as 2 above.

9. Please elaborate further on this.

10. Sorry, we currently do not have a Jobify app in any platform.

11. The theme does not provide such a feature.

12. Sorry, as for the integration of this feature using Mailchimp, I’m afraid this is something that would entail custom work.

13. You would need the WooCommerce Social Login plugin (purchased separately) for this.

14. I would recommend checking out the articles below on the various plugins used in our various demos:

https://jobify.astoundify.com/article/992-what-plugins-are-used-by-the-jobify-classic-demo https://jobify.astoundify.com/article/734-what-paid-plugins-are-used-on-the-jobify-extended-demo

I hope this helps.

demo login option? – nice to see how the theme functions from logged in perspectives (both applicant and employer)

Hey there,

In relation to your request here, We only have a frontend demo and not a backend demo at the moment. If you want to test the plugin used in this theme you can do that here: http://demo.wpjobmanager.com/.

I hope this helps.

I’m asking the same question as Kattinski; When will this theme be updated and when will all the free core plugins on wordpress.org be updated? They are essential to the theme too and they are all outdated with up to several years! The best would of course be if the plugins was just incorporated into the theme itself as built in functions. Pure code is always faster and less taxy on the server preformance than plugins.

Kind regards.

Hey there,

In relation to your question here, we will begin first working on the theme update. The company was undergoing a transition phase hence the delay in updates. I would recommend checking out the company status here: Astoundify Status

I hope this helps.

Thanks for the reply John. And what about updating the core plugins for the Jobify theme on wordpress.org too? When are you planning to do that? They are still a crucial part of the theme.

Hello, I’ve got a presale question for you.

I would like to build a multilingual job board website with those main features :

- candidate can create a profile/resume for free but with an account

- candidate can apply for free to a job offer

- employer pays to publish (as woocommerce product) jobs to hire someone

- employer can have a page to talk about his company

- recruiter pays to consult (as woocommerce product) all the candidate’s resume database for a time period or with a subscription monthly based

Can you tell me if your product will allow me to implement all of this ?

Thanks !

Hey there,

In relation to your questions here, yes these features are possible but you will require some addiitonal plugins, specifically the Resume Manager plugin and Wc Paid Listings plugin.

As for the last question, what would perhaps be possible is for employers to have an active package in order to view resumes, as outlined in the article here: https://wpjobmanager.com/document/tutorial-require-an-active-job-package-to-view-resumes/

Hi there, Can you provide access to the employer dashboard and candidate? Cheers.

Hey there,

The theme uses the Wp Job Manager and resume manager plugins to render the employer and candidate dashboards. I would recommend checking out the demo here: https://demo.wpjobmanager.com/ in order to test these pages.

I hope this helps.

I need to know that it will be scalable to a few hundred thousand jobs? And to handle a lot of users?

Hey there,

In relation to your question here, there is no limit to the number of jobs or users your site can host imposed by the theme. I would however recommend in investing in a good host.

Are all the elements text customizable? For instance, if we wanted all instances of “job” to actually say “career”, could we edit all the buttons, menu items, etc to reflect that? Or are some things not customizable?

Also, we don’t want location to play a factor at all. Can we remove all the maps, location text fields, etc?

Hey there,

I believe we have already addressed these questions as a reply to the email you sent.

Hi, I don’t see any updates for this theme anymore. The Testimonials plugin from “WooThemes” has been discontinues. I paid for the theme thinking the testimonial section will work which is not the case anymore. When will you do something about that?? I see someone else also asked the same question and you just didn’t reply anymore but I have the same question. Could you please provide an answer for that, as it affects everyone who bought the theme to this date.
