The theme footer menu suddenly disappeared from our website. Are there any known issues that could cause this? The menu structure still exists and in the menu settings, the box is checked to display it in the footer. Somehow it simply isn’t showing up. Any help is appreciated.

There’s quite a few features it advertises but I don’t see them actually shown in the demo’s that I could see. Such as an actual Mega Menu, and a better idea of the Events and Sermons areas.
Is the them dependent upon Planning Center? Will I have to signup for a subscription through them to get these features to work?

1. Yes, website admin gets a confirmation email for any new booking.
2. Sorry, it isn’t possible to export the list in excel. However, all the bookings can be managed from the WP Dashboard.
3. There is no automatic email reminders for the event registrants. You may send them manually.

Love the theme, purchased right away. However, for event tickets, I created a test event for 5 attendees only, but when registering 5, it would stop allowing registrations to be done. How to you make it stop registering after it reaches the number of attendees? Nowhere in your website this is explained.
If that is not possible, unfortunately I might not be able to use the theme. How do I go about requesting a refund. Thanks!

Thanks for your purchase. To keep a limit on the number of registration for an event you should use the ticket system which is available when you create or edit event https://a.cl.ly/7Ku07YnB Normal registration will keep active unless you manually disable it when you need it.

1. Yes, you can create a slider with included Revolution Slider with data using the posts. So whenever you add a new post it will be displayed as first slide.
2. For this you can use newsletter plugin like this https://wordpress.org/plugins/mailpoet/ or can connect your existing Mailchimp or other account with using free plugins available for the WordPress
3. You can insert audio file in any post using the WordPress media embed. Theme have sermons posts available for the media.
