Hello,
I am working with Enfold as a Developer for various partners. I found one particular issue which still isn’t resolved, no matter which wordpress version or Enfold version.
The issue is when using PolyLang, the Layer Slider can’t be used in multiple languages. Whatever I do, there are issues. Either only one Layer Slider is displayed in all languages, even if multiple layer sliders are configured and setup properly on various language pages.
I also tried to create only one main layer slider for main language (for instance en_GB) and the I tried to use “Strings translation” function to translate the found strings, but again, the translations between slides aren’t correct. Either only one language is displayed properly, or all strings get mixed up.
Using strings translation is not a good option anyway as many times you actually don’t know which string is inside which slide as you only get some kind of layer slider ID when choosing strings.
Actually, a fix would be more than welcome which would provide an option to create a special layer slider for each language separately (as there is already an option to do for everything else with enfold and polylang). Is this somehow doable?
I searched through your forums and saw this is an old issue and it still isn’t resolved.

Dear Sir / Madam we have some pre-purchase questions, and would like to know if Enfold feautures some functionality simillar to the bellow:
1. Change booking days without affecting the booking ID, while also sending a mail to the customer that made the booking informing him / her about the change
2. Provisional Booking, the ability to hold-onto some days even when there is no booking made in case a client wants that.
3. Adding the option to chose between adult and/or children and their age when searching to rent a listing.
4. Sync iCAL with Booking.com, Airbnb and other Agencies
We would like to have information for the above for a client that’s interested in your theme. Looking forward to hearing from you!

You would actually need plugins for such functionalities. For example, booking feature is not included in Enfold. It was created using WooCommerce Bookings plugin. Enfold is fully compatible with https://woocommerce.com/products/woocommerce-bookings/ and https://www.pluginhive.com/product/woocommerce-booking-and-appointments/ plugins. To sync, you could try using a plugin such as this one – https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-ical-availability/

I was only (again) expressing my concern. I want Enfold to keep selling well, I need it to not be discontinued, so that I can use it for my clients
Potential customers tend to look in this forum when choosing a new theme – and it is not a good selling point if the comments in forum is not replyed for 9 days…It makes potential customers feel unsafe about the support of the theme – and they go choose another theme. We don’t want that

Good Morning, I bought an Enfold Theme last years, now my website had 4.2.6 version, but trying to enable auto-update feature, or manual one, I’m not able to see new versione avaible in Theme options (last version avaible is 4.7, that I correct find and download from my themeforest account). I Generate and insert Api Key as showed in the guide, as requested for autoupdate or manual update, but no new version are checked. Where is the problem?? Thanks.

Envato has updated their API and we have implemented those changes in Enfold 4.5, therefore all versions older than 4.5 needs to be updated manually to the latest version and then you can insert your Personal Token and should receive updates from WP dashboard. We have a backup of the website.
Can I savely update the theme to 4.7? And is the theme compatible with WP 5.4.x?

Is your customer using a child theme? If not, do they know if previous developers had modified theme files on parent theme?
If theme files are not modified, you can go ahead and update the theme. If they are not using a child theme and have modified files in their parent theme, those will be overwritten.
There are some minor issues that we have fixed and will be including in upcoming version however in case you experience any of those issues, we can provide you temporary fixes.

Love your theme! I have 2 licenses and considering a 3rd for a new project. The site will be a video membership site where customers can purchase individual videos to view online or purchase a monthly membership for unlimited viewing. Can you advise the following:
Which membership plugins do you support or are aware of working best with enfold?<2>Since this site will be video based and we have to self host the videos (they are not on youtube or vimeo), does your theme support Amazon S3 so we can keep our storage cost as low as possible?

I bought 8 enfold themes. I’m asking a question. No answer. Are you just there to fix the coding lines in the theme? Who will make the theme updated relatively. I no longer consider getting an enfold theme. I will get another theme. example: Porto theme. There are some changes I want to make. I ask for help from you. Otherwise I will buy the other theme.

Enfold you download from ThemeForest has to be the latest version. If you are using Enfold 4.5+, you can generate a Personal Token and insert it in Enfold theme and you should receive the latest version from WP backend – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/
