Yes a listing owner can submit listing from Front-End and get access to a front-end dashboard. As an admin you can enable free or paid submission and also customize the listing submission form.

Just want to know when one opens the theme in android phone the home page image is visible or not????
sorry for later response. There are three different option for mobile styles:
Responsive View App View 1 App View 2
Home page image should be visible in Responsive and App View 2. In App View 1 it’s there but there is a dark overlay and there is not enough room around search field to reveal the background image.
Is there a way to do a bulk add of listings from a excel file or database?
Yes, you can import bulk data into ListingPro with WP All Import plugin. ListingPro comes with a free add-on that makes ListingPro compatible WP All Import. Please be advised that you may run into challenges importing if you are using WP ALL Import first time and the import file is not properly setup. There are text blocks in the editor for making category pages more descriptive, but I tested it and it doesn’t add any content. Are the category pages editable in any way?

ListingPro an end-to-end multi-purpose Directory solution and gives flexibility to create almost any kind of listings. But we do not recommend it to use it for a full fledge Job Portal or a full fledge Real Estate website unless it works for you. Please make sure it fits your use-case. You can also check available live examples to see what others have created.
2. Compatible with WPML,Boostrap4?

Yes you can create unlimited custom fields and assign to any category to be filtered.

Are there plans in developnig an app in the future?
It’s not a top priority but we have been considering it.
1) Is it possible to limit the number of tags/keywords based on the package chosen?
2) I’m planning to use 3 sub domains based on the country name and hard code the city names based on the country. When I refer your faq section(https://bit.ly/2YQLAIM) it says only one licence is sufficient for all sub domains. But I also found that in one of your comments(https://bit.ly/35KhbNC) that it require separate licences. Could you please clarify?

1) No you cannot limit tags/keywords by plans.
2) If you purchase a single license you are allowed single domain (or multiple sub-domain of the same primary domain). You cannot have multiple sub-domain of different primary domains.

Yes! ListingPro is compatible with WP ALL IMPORT. First, you need to export all your listings as CSV or XML and import it with WP ALL IMPORT. You can also go to the WP ALL IMPORT and check if your current theme is included on their add-ons page.

We highly recommend our customers to have an auto daily backups taken so incase you ever want to revert. In addition, if there is a problem that happens over the weekend and it’s urgent you may post your question to ListingPro Facebook official group.
Even in some of the holidays (not weekends), we do have sometimes very limited support like around New Years’ time.

Yes our license allows activation for STAGING and for LIVE site.
As for moving the data from STAGING to LIVE is not something handled by any theme. It’s done using your HOSTING or a backup/migration plugin.
I have 2 pre-sales questions about using your theme as a directory site for vacation rentals in France. Firstly is, is it possible to create a custom pricing table in the listing details (for example underneath the property description) which displays different prices for different seasons? E.g. Winter €100 per night Spring €150 per night Summer €200 per night Fall €150 per night If yes, is it possible to go one step further and include length if stay discounts too? e.g. 4 nights 10%, 5 nights 15%, 6 nights 20%, 7 nights 25%?
