How do i get a refund this theme does not customize enough for my needs

1-step : Install Envato Market WordPress plugin https://goo.gl/pkJS33 and update your theme . 2-step : Then activate your licence
3-step : After activation you can auto update , the core plugin from our licence server.
From future you can auto update your theme and plugin .

There is no mega menu in the theme, how can I use this?
We are sorry to inform you that right now there is no megamenu in our theme. It used two level menu. If you want we can adjust the menu to use megamenu with css after purchase. Thank you
