User can review after the tour is booked and status is trigger to departed at the user dashboard page. If your tour not status departed, you can’t see any reviews.

“Enable Membership” option under “Tourmaster > General > User / Template” is already off and the headings are still showing up.
If you kindly assist me about how to either remove the titles totally or change them to h4 – h5, it would be perfect.

Sorry, there is no way to make the SEO plugins recognize the content from the page-builder :/
Although, the actual search engines wont have any trouble reading this content. You could try using an online tool to check the SEO instead.

I just want to say i love the theme but you guys NEED to provide a way for us to add other payment gateways or at least help us integrate PayPal direct credit card payment option. we are all asking for this feature and you keep saying ( To integrate other payment options, you have to hire a coder to do this. It’s pretty big work.) we don’t want to hear that crap you made the code you should be able to tweak it and stop telling us to hire a coder because they charge $59 an hour and we don’t know how long the coder would take which mean it could reach thousands just to integrate. please look into a fix.

I understand but what we can do here is only to provide the name of the file that needed to be customized. However, we can’t provide the exact steps of how doing that as it is really beyond our support scope. Please note that theme customization is not included in support scope so if you’re adding some features that is not included in the theme since the first place, you may have to hire a coder to do that. payment-util.php file contains most function uses to display payment page.
Payment gateways is implement in its own file ( include/paypal.php for paypal, or include/stripe.php for stripe payment )

ok so i went to codeable website as you guys suggested that i get a coder and this is what one coder said ( Sorry to hear that. One other approach you can take is to redesign the website to use the WooCommerce system, which it offers more payment options. Although this might be considered a viable solution but the cost would be significantly higher since the site will be redesigned to work with WooCommerce.) obviously he cant do it. please point me to someone that know how to code your plugin. im not asking for too much just a upgrade on the paypal gateway.

I am building a event booking webpage that only member are allowed to join. In the event booking page, is it possible to display the attendee information and profile? And is it possible to send an email notification to admin when all available tickets/seats are booked (if they are sti with a limited number available)?
And if this is not available out-of-the box, can you help/guide on how to add this?

We have notification feature to send email to admin and customer but you must setup it individual in each tour and we don’t have an option to send it to 3 emails. Only admin/customers receive it.
We can guide you where to look on it but we can’t help you the code because it will need create from scratch.
