Hi, How to change subtitle in the header of pages? In every sub-page on header below the page title i see this sentences ”Maecenas tempus, tellus eget condimentum.” with background image. How to remove those? Also, your support is not working. I can’t open a ticket. Your whole support page is down, looks like haven’t been updated for years.

I’m an Envato Elements subscriber. I don’t know if you can see that. Anyway, I solved my problem myself. The thing is that your theme documentation page is totally corrupt. Knowledge-base page is not available. Bunch of other pages are also showing 404 errors. And there is no search button to search for FAQs and knowledge-base page. Good theme but extremely poor customer service and documentation.

Please check your page use PresetOptions or not. If yes, change in PresetOptions, not => change in ThemeOptions.
I will explain more: 1. My theme used 2 Options type: PresetOptions and ThemeOptions. - ThemeOptions: settings default value for entire website 2. PresetOptions: if you want one/someone Page look like other(the rest of website) => settings here then apply it to Page you want, they will overriden values from ThemeOptions. 3. In my theme, you can show 30 pages with 30 styles difference each other and the rest are the same style. 4. If you want to use 1 style => go to ThemeOptions setting values there and remove all Presets of all pages. Done. Thanks

I didn’t witness any problem for the moment, but a warning in the WP dashboard tells me there’s obsolete copies of WC templates in the theme, that may need an update to ensure compatibility with the latest WC version.
