The WooCommerce template versions which come with the theme do not influence the functionality in any way – they are merely the meta data at comment section the top of template files.
We will update the numbers with the next theme release, but in the meantime if you need the notice removed, edit the files in woocommerce folder of the theme and change the version number at the top of the respectively.

The custom text field in Customizer is sanitized from everything except text. You can do the following – edit /framework/customization.php file in your theme’s folder and locate boldthemes_customize_custom_text function (around line 730)
within the function change
'sanitize_callback' => 'sanitize_text_field'
to
'sanitize_callback' => false
or better yet, copy the function to your child theme’s functions php and make the change there. That way you will not have to reapply the change after every theme update.

Here is how the Setting generally work
The settings in the Appearance > Customize panel are global, meaning that they influence every page on the site by default.
On the other hand, you have an option to override these settings on per page basis. If you take a look at the bottom of the page edit form, you will notice Override Global Setting part in Settings Section – here you can override global settings for every page.
You probably have Logo related global override on the page where you are trying to change it. Please remove all logo related overrides on each page with the issue and customizer settings will become visible.
Also, please note that your support period has expired and that you need to extend it should you need additional assistance. Thanks for understanding.

You can not do it out of the box.
You would have to change the theme files in order to do that or implement changes using child theme code. Also you would have to create icon font with the icons you would like to add

You can not use Elementor with this theme – the theme has its own bold builder and you have to use it in order to get the most out of the theme.

Please update the theme to the latest version and install and activate Bold Builder instead of Rapid composer (all theme versions in past year and a half require Bold Builder). Once you do that, you should be able to use the theme without issues with WordPress 5.0

The license is for one site. If you just change the domain name, but it is still the same site you will not have to buy the theme.
But if you replicate the site to another domain, you will have to buy a new license since it is a different site.
