We have used Elementor free version to create all demos. So you don’t need Elementor PRO. After import your site would look exactly like our demo. You can change the banner image by providing the featured image on ‘Shop’ page and the banner image will be shown on all product pages.
We have to use the same cover photo for all product pages? That seems very weak and limited for designing. One image only?????

You don’t need to upload the same image on all product pages. Upload the image on ‘Shop’ page and it’ll be shown on banner for all product pages.
Yes, I understand your explanation. But, what if we want a unique cover photo for different product pages? THIS IS VERY LIMITED, please be aware people! Your theme only allows one universal image which is way less useful.

Normally, in WooCommerce, customer wants to use individual featured image for product images, not for banner image. Normally, product images size are not as big as banner images, so if you want to display the product images in banner, then it’s not look good. This is why we’re controlling banner image for all product images from ‘Shop’ page which is flexible. We’re controlling banner for individual posts of custom post type from different common pages and for individual pages, you can change banner image from their specific page. Also, we’ve one more flexible option which is if you want to control banner for all pages/posts from one place, then delete the banner from all pages and set a common banner from ‘Theme Options > Header > Short Header > Inner Page Banner Background’. for details, please follow our tutorial:- https://radiantthemes.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360041077594-How-to-change-banner-title-subtitle-and-featured-image
If you want to have the individual product images as their banner images, then you need to change on ‘wp-content/themes/ryse/inc/header/banner.php’ and on ‘wp-content/themes/ryse/inc/header/theme-banner.php’ files.

All templates are blocks. Bonus demos are demos introduced lately.
You need to import bonus demos from Tools -> Import section. Template blocks can be imported from Templates -> Saved Templates -> Import templates (as shown in this screenshot https://prnt.sc/rxsawz .
If you haven’t started to use site then you can re-import after updating the theme. That will show all demos along with Elementor templates. A bank installation would work like charm.
We’re preparing to introduce two new demos in coming week. The theme will continue to get new features and demos.
Hi, I have several problems with the ryse theme. First of all the theme is very laggy, it’s takes a while to load pages. Also, the animations and pictures are not HD, I don’t understand why. Finally I did not manage to find a way to remove “ryse” a the top of the pages and put my logo. It would be great If you could help me. Thanks.

Logo is basic functionality of a theme. You’re requested to follow https://radiantthemes.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360042954313-How-to-upload-logo article to understand the logo upload. We have 16 headers and each header is different and have different functionality. We have mentioned in this in several comments. Kindly upload logo under the header style you have selected From Theme Options -> Header and you’ll definitely have your logo displayed. I agree with all people who have complained about page speed load issue. I purchased and switched to RYSE, now my home page load time is 13 seconds which was earlier 2.3 seconds. CSS files are taking more than 2 seconds to load. What do you advise? Support link?

css file is a static file which loads from your hosting. If a css file takes 2 seconds then it’s thing to worry about hosting. If you check our demos https://gtmetrix.com/reports/ryse.radiantthemes.com/KplXLlqX then you’ll find our css are being loaded in 100-200 ms.
You can access support section by going to Support tab of any theme page. In our case, https://themeforest.net/item/ryse-seo-digital-marketing-theme/24085168/support and then click on Go to Item Support. Once we get your ticket, we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

You need to set logo under Theme Options – Header – Under selected header style upload logo.
